Portland, OR - End The Fed Rally

Do you plan on attending the End The Fed Rally in downtown Portland? The End The Fed website doesn't have a local group preparing for this event. Why not?! I want to get out there with a sign and it would help a whole lot if others joined me.

I was downtown today
to check out the Federal Reserve site (1500 SW 1st) but I didn't see any Fed offices. Last year, a few hundred Ron Paul supporters held signs at Salmon and 1st (the World Trade Center) for the Oregon GOP straw poll, so that might be a better spot.
Let's meet at 1500 SW 1st at noon on Saturday anyway and then go from there. Bring signs, if you can. The local John Birch Society website also says this is the location.

This is too far to travel for me
with company coming this weekend---AND the thought of driving through Portland traffic to get there is daunting!

My suggestion - to everyone who wants to End the Fed
if a CFL/RLC/Libertarian/Constitution meetup doesnt have the End the Fed event listed on their calendar - and is within one hundred miles of the city you will be at - email the main organizer and the assistants and let them know about the event - they may not know - tell em to get in gear!

Don't Worry About Being On A List
If "being on a list" scares you into inaction, then soon you'll be afraid to think the wrong thoughts. Have courage! Get out there and don't be afraid. Build a list of your own! Invite them over for a potluck. Organize, but keep it peaceful. Our numbers will grow and we will End The Fed!
