Leo is asking you to help expedite his case. Obama has refused to prove his natural born citizenship. Leo's case is on the docket of Clarence Thomas.

Obama was born a British Citizen
Obama's dad was a British citizen so under British law at that time Obama was automatically a British citizen. It does not matter where Obama was born, and in fact I am 99% certain he was born in the USA. Where he was born is not the issue.

The Leo Donofrio lawsuit is the one that has a chance to knock out Obama. He explains that Obama's status at birth is what matters. He says the reason the natural born citizen language was put in the Constitution was to exclude people born with foreign citizenship, and that the only exception was for people who were born as foreign citizens but were citizens of the the colonies at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. Obama obviously was not a citizen then because that was 200 years ago, so he is simply excluded as a natural born citizen as they meant it at the time they wrote it. He is a US citizen both because his mother was a US citizen and he was born in the US (Hawaii), but not a natural born citizen because he was born as a British subject in addition to being born a US citizen.
McCain, but the way was not natural born either, because he was born in Panama and qualified as a citizen of Panama at the time of his birth. Which is why neither Obama or McCain brought forth this issue against one another.

McCain, I believe was born on a military base, which qualifies him for natural-born status...this is why neither of them brought it up, because it was a non-issue. Were as, Obama was not born on a military base and has failed to prove that he is a citizen.
Can you spare a moment???
This is an important opportunity to be heard and there are no takers on this???
