Dr Paul is everywhere these days. He had time to talk and state some good points. He must be the most popular politician after Obama. He got to mention two major culprits for our economic problems. Lobbyists and the FED. I wish he'd put more emphasize on it though.
He should really take these numerous media opportunities to say that he might run for president again but leave it vague. At least the seed would be planted now and could better grow when watered at the right time.
...another green communist. What a surprise... < Eye Roll / >
Good interview though. I really liked her overall presentation and questioning.
I have question though....
What part of, "Money does not exist." do people not understand...GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! Apologies...
Agribusiness eh...Interesting notion there... I've started to think about this lately. How much human intervention is there to produce all our food? One million people worldwide? Remember now most agriculture is all now mechanized and motorized... 10 million, 50 million 100 million? This would still be less than 2% of the Earth's population producing enough food ten times over surely for the entire Earth's population. The people starving aren't starving for lack food on the Earth. It is for a lack of distribution.
Anywho, not going to say this publicly again until it blossoms more in my mind... Stop focusing on the g*****n shiny token... Watch what is the ROOT necessity being dangled about. Manufactured lack. Why would a rabbit keep running forward for the carrot on the stick if 100 carrots laid about its feet. Food water shelter. Any questions anyone? The GOAL is consolidation and maintenance of power, stop being diverted by freaking shiny thing! breathe in breathe out...
"It's called reading! Top to bottom, left to right... a group of words together is called a sentence. Take Tylenol for any headaches... Midol for any cramps. "
No viable Manufacturing or Production industry in America today.
How did this occur?
Unconstitutional Government Intervention (NAFTA, CAFTA) placed ahead of what is good for AMERICANS working here so corporations could make higher profits and offer consumers cheaper goods.
It is not the Unions -- they are a side issue --- they are not the Root Cause of this issue.
The blame lies where it started…with the Government who thought it would be better for Americans to be able to buy cheap products and services instead of ensuring American entrepreneurs a fair place of being able to produce tangible items that have REAL value and create Non-Service Jobs for other Americans.
This is one of the Reasons I voted for Chuck Baldwin -- who offered a 10% tariff to be paid by all foreigners importing products here. It gives reason for entrepreneurs to ask themselves if it is really worth it to ship everything to Mexico and China. – Cheap products don’t make America Great, our people do and we are limiting our creative entrepreneurs who want to keep jobs here when we give incentives for foreigners to become those entrepreneurs in our place.
Free market unions are fine (i.e. no special protection, no laws for them). But the Unions in Michigan have PREVENTED the auto companies from automating their assembly lines because they fear jobs will disappear. The unions are actually counter-efficient i.e. they are against things that would make the auto companies profitable. This union nonsense needs to stop if US companies and jobs are going to be salvaged.
"It is the over regulation that has a lot to do with this." At about the 5 minute 40 sec mark, Ron Paul talks about that. I would have liked to have heard more.
Please look Jane Velez-Mitchell on CNN Headline News, and thank her for yesterday's interview with Dr. Paul. I did that yesterday. I think we need to acknowledge each interview, as to encourage more of them.

Although she is a bit over the top, she hit on some very good points. I especially like the farming point. This really gets my goat so to say. I wish Ron Paul would have run with that a bit more because he is very good on small farm issues. There was a slim jim made about his farming positions during the campaign. But over all, I love seeing him on TV all the time. He is becoming the voice of reason and opposition to the status quo. I love it.
The same people who are talking this talk," now "in the msm and on the streets are the same ones who voted for obama and mccain. The msm and those who voted for more "change" are waking up after an all night party shin dig with one heck of a head ache. They are asking themselves, "Did I just make a bone head choice or what?".
Ron Paul has been preaching and warning against this mess for years. Even the gal interviewing Congressman Paul was against him when he was running for president. But listen to her now.
"Those who give up some of their freedoms for safety deserve neither".
Not only do we the people need to clean out our own house of corrupt thinking and decision making we need to clean out the entire government from the local levels up to the executive branch.
So many towns and cities throughout the country have been visibly falling apart and yet they voted the same exact people that were in office back into office again. WHAT IS GOING ON ?
Where's the hat trick? All I heard was this lady running over Ron. Nothing about real money.
'Love Dr. Paul and 99% the videos clips of him, but this one wasn't his best.

Live Free or Die, because if you're not FREE you're dead already!
It is a cancerous ideology of enslaving people with debt rather than providing value.
As a percentage of income a Car takes maybe 5 times as much as they did 40 years ago. People didn't have to go into 5 years of debt to get a car. They saved up for a year and paid cash.
The auto makers are saying the problem is people can't get credit to become debt slaves for their overly high priced horseless carraiges using 100 year old propulsion technology.
No longer is their goal to give you a affordable car but to get you into debt slavery until your car wears out to get you into debt slavery again. So you are continually working slaving away for their finance company. And, then you have to pay 100 a month for the insurance because it isn't paid for, plus the gas for their inefficient cars, because they suppressed electric technology for their co-owners the oil companies.
The sickness is Consumerism. Consumption is a word that came from the TB scare. To consume was to be dying of TB. To waste away.
I wan't to slap anyone who calls me a consumer. I may consume but damn it, I am a net producer. A creator of value. The rest of America can be parasites and use more than they produce. But don't insult me with that label.
A car should cost maybe 10-15% of the average yearly salary. That is it.
The car companies will get bailed out.
Sadly... But, it won't work.
Because, they will still be too expensive and run on gas.
We remember the 70's. Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice shame on you.
when I bought my first car, a '57 Chevy Bel Aire convertible, it cost me (in 1964) $300. I believe it cost between $700 and up to $1,200 brand new in 1957! My dad was pissed, actually; he thought I had gotten ripped off!
Thanks for the youtube :o) did you know that the United Auto Workers Union job bank has a provision, where there worker will get 90% of there pay even if they sit at home eating cheetos. so I guess the tax payers will have to pay for that also in the bailout of the UAW
