World leaders refuse to shake Bush’s hand during G20 photo-op

CNN’s Rick Sanchez highlighted yesterday that during last weekend’s G20 Economic Summit, leaders from around the world refused to acknowledge or shake hands with President Bush as they walked on stage for a photo-op. As Sanchez explained, everyone was “greeting each other and shaking hands, but Bush walks with his head down like the dejected most unpopular kid in high school.” Watch it:

as much as we would all like

as much as we would all like to believe that Bush was snubbed, he shook the hands of all of them like 10 minutes before this was shot, thats why neither they nor he even attempts to shake. The people who are shaking had not seen each other yet this day, while each had individual shook Bush's hand for a photo op beforehand. disappointing, yes.

I doubt I’d shake the hand of an international bully.

on a side note

someone needs to kick Rick Sanchez in the balls.

If anyone is deserved of the label "commie", I think he qualifies.

Generously.

Excellent side note.

Bush's body language indicates that he was slighted

Bush had head mostly down as he walked by world leaders, without shaking their hands, at a photo-op has to interpreted through a new stereotype of politics.

That it is this, the President is being shunned publicly to put on a show for the domestic politics of the respective leaders. Yes, certainly, they must have been nice to each other, and complicit in certain high political machinations, they still chose to not shake Bush's hand, if only to put on a show.

UK prime minister, Gordon Brown, recently talked about the world economic crisis, and when he said that it had all 'started in America,' it received plenty of guffaws. Clearly, these people hold America in no high regard. Yet, I do believe the internal mechanism of a world government is still in play.

As we all know, these presidents are straw men. They surely have no spine, and will continue to be under the delusion that they are in control. My theory is that the bureaucratic government, and in some extensions, the American public, seek leaders full of bluff and empty of stregth. Hence, the roles that American Presidents have had since the 20th century could be argued as being puppets to oppressive politcal pressures.

Once again, my point is that these leaders, at a major photo-op, shunned our President for their own political survival back in their home countries. The plan for a world totalitarianism to creep into our nation is still preceding, because, as the treatment of Bush in this video attests to, there is no respect for America's sovereignty.

$We need to build political strength and political will.

He was not snubbed

This explains it.

Spoiler!

And you make me looking like a fool with my earlier comment. Honestly I loved the idea!

Fellowship of the White Rose

Political leprosis

It's a public humiliation for Bush and intended to be so. IMO he tried to make eye-contact at least with Gordon Brown and the guy on the left side of the German chancellor. Perhabs the others politicians dont't want to be seen shaking hands with a future convicted criminal. Bush has lost his power and there is no reason any more to do nice to him. And they don't want to be seen shaking heads with a Pinochet- or Saddam- like figure if not nessecary.

Once again my feelings were correct about this. WE must become critical thinkers people! All of you who lost sleep over this have been had! LOL

Awe yes, "honor among thieves".

Happy now or are ya still deceived by the MSM news ploy?

He may be the only one, or most certainly 'one of those' who, whom has 'this honor' amongst the thieves. Queen of England probably another."

Yeah, you're right. They probably kissed his ring in the back room before going on stage.

Beside, Sanchez was the biggest idiot way back when in South FL. That's why he got recruited by MSM.

It wasn't a snuff folks, nor

It wasn't a snuff folks, nor did they refuse to shake the man's hand....they had already did when he greeted them since he was hosting the event. Make no mistake, I am far from being a Bush fan, but this is simply a case of someone running with an assumption.

If we are ever to be a Movement of Truth, then we need to start searching out the Truth instead of believing absolutely everything that comes down the pike. All you have to do is read half the crap that is posted on the DP and you can see that we are a very gullible people. We need to become a People really want to know the truth of matters, willing to do the research and come to both logical and rational conclusions based upon all the evidence...not just part.

Reminds Me Of A Story...

A few years ago I had been invited to a city fair/cultural exhibition by my boss. Whilst walking around the field, a guy smiled at me and extended his hand out. As I went to shake his hand, I realised that he was a local city official.

The look of shock on his face as I pulled my hand back was priceless. To add insult to injury, I said "Sorry, but I don't shake hands with criminals".

One of the best non-violent ways to really hurt these career politicians' egos is just to ignore them completely.

Someone needs to re-work the Bush resume..but still..keep it honest...and send it out to companies..hell even McDonalds..and see if they get a reply for a job..

Freedom is another way to God...A corrupt government is a straight way to hell.

No hand shaking

But it was also no eye contact, nothing. Everyone else was warm and friendly with eye contact; but there was none with him and anyone else. That was really creepy. What was that all about? What does it mean, really? I mean, I thought all these guys were part of the same club and Bush was just one of the puppets. Something strange has happened here.

Bush didn't shake...

and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days.
Military:
I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use.
By joining the Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam .

I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a cheerleader.
PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:

With the help of my father and our friends in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected governor of Texas.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS :
I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union. During my tenure,
Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America.
I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money.
I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history.
With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President of the United States,
after losing by over 500,000 votes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT:
I am the first President in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal record.
I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week.

I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history.
My 'poorest millionaire,' Condoleezza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.
I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. President.
I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations.
My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. history, Enron.
My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. during my election decision.
I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution.
More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of the biggest corporate rip-offs in history.
I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. Supreme Court history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed.
I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history.
I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts.
I appointed more convicted criminals to my administration than any President in U.S. history.
I created the Ministry of Homeland Security, the largest bureaucracy in the history of the United States Government.

I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one-year period. After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history.
I garnered the most sympathy ever for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and, less than a year later, made the U.S. the most-hated country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history.
I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protests against any person in the history of mankind
I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, preemptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation.
I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. Citizens and the world community.
I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for active-duty troops and their families in wartime.
In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq and, then, blamed the lies on our British friends.
I am the first President in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security.
I am supporting development of a nuclear 'Tactical Bunker Buster,' a WMD.

If there are any other available positions at your company please consider hiring John McCain as he will create as many accomplishments as I have in his first 4 years.

Ah! Found a mistake!

I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, preemptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation.

Incorrect. That honor belongs to Abraham Lincoln. The military occupation of Fort Sumter after the Confederacy became a sovereign nation was an act of war, and in my opinion constitutes an armed incursion.

DAMN!!!

That's a list!!!
Amazing..

Hahahahahahaha!!

Wow!!! That is an incredible resume!!! Unbelievable, but true!!

Finally

Did the mainstream media just finally realize what a dirt bag George W. Bush is? He should have been impeached already. Hell he should have never served a 2nd term. I wouldn't shake that son of a bitch's hand either. He has fucking ignored the Constitution at epic proportions. I guess the main stream media thinks its ok to talk shit about him now that he's leaving office. They will kiss Obama's ass now, until Obama leaves office either in 2012 or 2016.

Irrelevant

This kind of nonsense is truly irrelevant to the revolution at hand. If anybody took the time to look into this you would see a completely different story than what is being portrayed. Even so, this is nothing more than distraction to the issues at hand.

Since I woke up...

It takes more than a 60 second soundbite to convince me. I would have to view the entire thing to even come close to presuming what happened here. The only short soundbite that I have seen that I believe was when Bush tried to give Merkel a backrub at a summit a few years back.

That can be seen here:

http://www.youtube.com/wa...

Why would Bush do that?

Are you pro- Bush or something? Bush has got to be one of the worst Presidents we have ever had.

Ron Paul's Convention Speech

...

Don't quite understand how you draw your quandery of me. I am only wondering what might be the benefit from such a slight. Better yet, whom and how can someone stand to benefit from this short clip on MSM. Nothing more. Ask yourself what happened during the preceding hours of this meeting. How many times did any one of the leaders akready shake his hand...

All I am getting at is that the media never shows you what happens in truth. You can learn their techniques from watching lame 'reality' tv shows.

The News

If they don't have actual news, they make stuff up. Turn the sound off and watch it: "so-what", "who cares", "big deal *sarcasm*". The chances are that he shook their hands before going out there. Their experts at making stuff up.

No

I just see fairly that the vid doesn't have anything of value. Ya don't have to make stuff up: there right before our eyes are the crimes of Bush This vid doesn't show a thing actually other than the news tryin' to make a big deal out of nothin'!

Bush has a multitude of crimes attributed to his name, his person.

"He's one of the worst Presidents ever." He's one the worse Presidents by "choice"! Deliberate!

I think it was a good video.

Many Americans are still unaware of Bush's crimes. A small video like this might make them wonder, why was everyone else shaking hands, but not Bush?

That could be enough for some to become curious and look deeper.

Ron Paul's Convention Speech

I Said It Already, The Video Is Being Takin' Out Of Context

"The chances are that he shook their hands before going out there."

The vid is incomplete! The story is not in full.
