...raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years

So how exactly did they get around this?

We are still under Lincoln's

On November 20th, 2008 Samuel Howell Jr. says:

We are still under Lincoln's matial law. It has never been repealed and is the foundation of what we, today, know as Executive Orders. Not to mention, what is acting as government is actually a private foreign corporation owned by the IMF.
