Need some quick hits to reply to an email

Since I'm fairly new to unraveling truth from propaganda I need some help.
A friend just told me in emai that Carter was a much worse POTUS than Bush. Accordng to her, Carter was the worst prez in history.
Now I don't know all the facts but I think I know Carter was a kitten compared to the last 8 years of assault upon our personal liberty as well as wars all over the world.
Any quick facts I can flash back at her w/o digging the dirt on this.

"No, Carter was the BEST president we ever had, he opened the door for Ronald Reagan." They love Reagan for some reason. Then they think you're smart and will listen to you.
