Chinese Automakers may buy GM and Chrysler
by Bertel Schmitt

Chinese carmakers SAIC and Dongfeng have plans to acquire GM and Chrysler, China’s 21st Century Business Herald reports. LINK A National Enquirer the paper is not. It is one of China's leading business newspapers, with a daily readership over three million]. This newspaper cites a senior official of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology– the state regulator of China’s auto industry– who dropped the hint that “the auto manufacturing giants in China, such as Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) and Dongfeng Motor Corporation, have the capability and intention to buy some assets of the two crisis-plagued American automakers.” These hints are very often followed with quick action in the Middle Kingdom. This is a great way for China to unload dollars while they are worth something.

The selling of America

that will be Bush's legacy.

Instead of working on bailout bills Congress needs to start working on some laws to make it very unprofitable for American companies to have their products manufactured in a foreign country.

They also need to make it against the law to sell American manufacturing companies to foreign counrties.

When products were made in America by American workers they may have cost more, but then people were making enough money to pay for them.

But once we became addicted to cheap and in some cases deadly foreign made goods we bought ourselves out of our jobs.

I've been saying this for years..If it's not made in the USA then I don't want nor do I need it and that goes for food as well.

This country was doing just find before some of those in government wanted to turn the USA into a global country.

When you go to Walmart

Try to find the "made in America" sticker, and then buy that product.
