NEED HELP! Used to be able to burn DVD's from Youtube to pass out to the public. - Can't any more. HELP!!

I know this is kind of outside the things discussed, but I found that burning DVD's from Youtube and passing them out worked real well. But now I can't get the sound right anymore using the method that I was taught. I used to convert them into mp4's, using the free download, DVDVideoSoft Free Studio to convert them from Youtube to iPOD, or "Video Piggy" that also converted them w/out any problems. Then I would use DVD Flick to burn them onto a DVD. It always used to work. It doesn't work for me anymore, I've got audio problems now.
I'm no computer wiz.

I'm desperate, can anybody help?? Once I get them burned onto a DVD they work fine on my computers, PC and Laptop, but they don't work on my DVD players anymore!

Anybody got any suggestions! Has Youtube slipped in a "glitch" so that the sound won't transfer properly anymore in the conversion process!! HELP!!!
