Obama was a British citizen at birth ...
because his father was a British citizen from Kenya.
Devvy Kidd speaks of this issue. Obama also was an American citizen by virtue of being born in Hawaii but had dual citizenship at birth. Thus not natural born according to the Constitution.
I worry more that this will be ignored and once he takes office he will put into effect his policies which will further socialize the country. How will he be stopped once he tries to confiscate all the money in retirement accounts by merging them into the Social Security system? He will follow FDR's example and confiscate gold held directly or through ETF accounts or funds. The man is a thief as are all socialists who do not respect the rights of ownership of individuals who have earned their wealth.
I would hope even his supporters will be horrified at their mistake and have the man impeached for violating his oath to uphold the Constitution as soon as he shows his true colors and advocates legislation not authorized in Article 1 Section 8.

If he was born in Hawaii, he would not have automatically
been a British citizen. His father would have had to apply for it at the nearest consulate.

Snopes.com is simply a man and woman team...not professional researchers/legal investigators and if you judge the truth by snopes....oops! They also tend to be biased and I have noticed it time after time. I've done my own reading and research and have come to the conclusion that if this man is to lead this country, it should be in full disclosure...just like you are buying a tangible item. We deserve to know the full background of our new "leader." I don't get why people are trying to protect him and why he is hiding his past and history. In some states, one even has to show a certified certificate Birth Certificate for a hunting license..........!

No law exists requiring employees to file for income tax,
Cameron_DeHart, according to numerous tax attorneys and IRS agents interviewed in the documentary film, "From Freedom to Fascism" (available on Google Video). If you can cite any specific law stating the contrary, please do, and collect the $100,000 reward. As for Obama, if he isn't a walk-in he must have an original birth certificate showing all particulars, as well as medical birth records. Why so much secrecy? -- unless he feels the need to take the Fifth in order to avoid criminal prosecution for fraud. I say, your statue has clay feet!

The above references are procedures of the IRC, but by
what authority? The Congress. And Congressional authority? The Constitution, of course. In particular, the 16th amendment. However, the courts will not allow for the 16th amendment to be introduced as a point of contention in light of the distinct possibility of it having been fraudulently ratified to begin with. Imagine the embarrasment the feds will have to endure when it all finally unravels.
People have pointed it out in the past, including some feds. The problem is, the same people who require "bailouts" require your payments to the IRS, legal or not. As for the sheeple? Need more be said?

If you really are concerned with the CONSTITUTIONAL crisis
and not merely hating on Obama then you would petition Congress to establish a process and procedure to define and prove natural born citizenship rather than focusing on individuals.
Obama has met every legal obligation presented to him. Is that sufficient? I don't think so, you don't think so, but that is not his responsibility or under his control, it is under Congress's control to define and create the law regarding Constitutional requirements.

i forgot who was on (some lady) and someone called to ask her about the fact that obama was not a natural born citizen. and her answer was " the fact that obama was not born in the U.S. is irelevent because john mcain was born in panama and some bill got passed which gave them some kind of loophole . does anyone know of any such bill or law? is it something they snuck in with some other stupid bill?
