we are closing the gap. She is absolutely not the strength of the Republican Party if Dr. Paul is a Republican.

So, our showing in online

So, our showing in online polls is a measure of our strength? Are you kidding me? We won every single poll this election season, and Ron Paul got stomped into the ground.

Get serious!

Good point

That's exactly right.

The political world laughs

The political world laughs at us when we get 90% on the internet and 3% in the real life polls. We need to focus on actual actions, not just BS internet polls.

You seem to forget

Paul received 25% and several double digit numbers in primaries, especially with the later ones.
Are you buying the media kool-aid that he got 3% on average? Come on, you got to be smarter than that! BTW: He started at 0,5% or less, e.g. the same number he got in 1988. You also have to take into account many Huckabee, Romney etc. supporters said they would rather have voted for Paul: also many people did not knew about Paul, especially those not on the internet, which is the most.

25% in some, but you need to

25% in some, but you need to be the one on top to win. 25% doesnt get you jack squat compared to 75%. The later ones he showed well in were the ones that only he and McCain were in. McCain already had it sealed. I dont believe that his average was 3%, but he certainly didnt do well enough to make a big enough impact.

And your part about most people arent on the internet: that is the main problem. We can bicker day in and day out about the election on this site, but that isnt going to win elections.

bump.

..

a vote for Paul

a bump for freedom

Sarah Palin aka Peggy Hill...

Peggy Hill Ran the PTA
Gov Palin ran the PTA

Peggy Hill daughter lou-ann was apart of a shot gun wedding
Gov Palin future son in-law...guess what shot gun wedding

Peggy is from a small town
Palin is from a small town

Peggy was a former H.S. cheerleader and her husband was the football star
Palin Same

Peggy was Miss Congeniality Arlington 19??
Palin same

Peggy thinks she can speak a foreign language (Spanish) from soap operas
Palin thinks she has Foreign policy experience cause she could see Russia

I don't know....Just an observation!

Considering the media only publicize Palin

that's who most Republican sheep vote for. But who's Bobby Jindal, running 3rd after Dr. Paul?

Gov. Bobby Jindal, R-Louisiana

He pushed for a law in congress to ban gun seizures from law-abiding citizen during any natural catastrophy like Katrina. The law was successfully passed but probably meaningless since FEMA/Balckwater don't need no stinkin' laws to follow. Anyway, his campaign for the law made him very popular in Louisiana, enough so to be elected governor. He is apparently a serious fiscal conservative to boot.

Just 234 votes behind her now.

We're gettin' it done :-)

240 more votes and RP is ahead.

If you haven't voted twice (see methods below), please do so.

Just 244 votes seperate Paul from Palin.

We're gaining nicely!

Palin 821 votes to 525 for Ron Paul.

Why haven't 300 more DP visitors bothered to vote in this poll so RP can be #1?

Gee wiz!

Some of you guys seem like you'll never ever get through your heads that online polls are conducted to keep news entertainment alive. That's the only function this type of poll has.

Tired of beating your head against that brick wall yet?

The media has decreed her the new "maverick." Tina Fey's bit about getting "all mavericky" triggers a POSITIVE response in the hypnotized masses.

Here is the cold, hard truth about what we see going on...
Everyone here seems delighted with all the media coverage Ron Paul gets these days... wake up. The people are conditioned to think "Kook" every time they see Ron Paul now. He can get up there and say the exact same thing as a talking head, and the sleeple will think Ron Paul is spouting some "kooky theory" still. The power elite risk very little putting Ron Paul on TV now.
The battle we won served some real valuable purposes, but we are letting our real victories slip away while we try to regroup to fight the SAME battle over... the battle we LOST is LOST - and that is the whole political game, not just this election or that election. What we won is KNOWLEDGE - and rather than use it we stick our head in the "HOPE" sand. If we keep spending money to fight for seats in a government we are fools. Sure, we may win a few seats, we may win a bunch of seats, but if we ever won a majority of seats people would begin to suffer "accidents." And remember, the REAL people in power care not who the people elect, they merely care about controlling the currency. We MUST fight THAT battle, or else we lose by default every damn time. We can "win" nation by nation, always one step behind, or we can take on the real battle. Round up the Rothschilds. Everything else is playing their game. David deRothschild has confessed on video to his intention to set up a new global financial order, and that is treason.

That is a clear threat to our Constitution. (Please see prior thread "Do You 'Support The Troops?'") Are there any people who put their oath before their orders availlable? This man walks about freely on US soil after publicly declaring his intent to overthrow our government. Where is the outrage? Where are the handcuffs?

Big deal. It’s just a stinkin’ online poll.

Most voters are misinformed anyway.

Palin seems like a nice lady.

big deal...

We all know that winning an online poll is the surest way to victory by now, right?

HAHAHA.

They don't prove much, do they? They pretty much just for entertainment. But more than that, an online poll is a neat little gimmick to gain a following. Getting all hot & bothered just because somebody's no winning an insignificant poll nobody pays attention to anyway is just weird, I think.
