Judicial Watch Announces Hillary Clinton Constitutionally Ineligible to Serve as Secretary of State

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton is constitutionally ineligible to serve as Secretary of State in the Obama administration.
According to the Ineligibility Clause of the United States Constitution, no member of Congress can be appointed to an office that has benefited from a salary increase during the time that Senator or Representative served in Congress. A January 2008 Executive Order signed by President Bush during Hillary Clinton's current Senate term increased the salary for Secretary of State, thereby rendering Senator Clinton ineligible for the position.
Specifically, Article I, section 6 of the U.S. Constitution provides "No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time." The provision is seen by most as designed by our Founding Fathers to protect against corruption.

My question is: Have you looked into the eligibility of Sen. Barack Obama to be our next POTUS?
Where may I find the documentation of his birth, not certification of live birth? Where may I find his educational and medical records? Where may I find his passport information?
Are these questions important to answer before Sen. Obama is sworn in as President?
I would appreciate your help with answering these questions before December15, 2008.

I think it's prudent we all send our elected ones this and ask for answers from them. Apply pressure people, it's easy. Even if they don't reply, they'll surely squirm at knowing that people know what's happening.

the constitution is ignored on much larger issues than this one.
Would the U.S. Congress even care?
I don't seem to recall the U.S. Congress having any interest in what the U.S. Constitution even says. If so, we would have never had things like The U.S. Patriot Act, or "War Resolution" bills (in which the executive branch is free to start Wars when and wherever they like) with no official declaration of War.
So, on such a small point, it is hard to imagine that the U.S. Congress would even remotely care about it. They will probably all vote unanimously in favor of Clinton, without the issue even coming up.
The U.S. Supreme Court might hear the case, if someone is willing to actually make it in court. But then again, what credibility does the U.S. Supreme Court really have in defending the U.S. Constitution?
