Putting Teeth into the Constitution

What is sorely lacking in what we see happening out there is lack of accountability to the Constitution - which is to say the law of our land. Criminals are running amuck and everyone seems powerless to stop them. We need a mass surge of hometown people all across this land to "encourage" the implementation of a restatement of and to the law of our land at the county level. One project we started years ago was to get at least one county to implement the linked ordinance. I don't think it was enacted in that county (I moved from there) but there has been some interest around the country. People are sick and tired of the corruption and lawlessness and they are seeking solutions. This is a good possibility:

PS: We shouldn't stop at the county level. Why isn't violating the Constitution a felony??? Perhaps we should make it so.
