OK, I haven't seen the news report you are
talking about but...rest assured, their bio-attacks have been happening for some time, in different areas, just testing of course..lol.
They then seem to all of a sudden have a mysterious illness (valley View virus/fever is one, I believe in New Mexico) . That region has also been tested with a virus ALZ-1, causing Alzheimers faster than you can organise your holiday (or.. just a tad slower than changing your knickers). There are other examples. West Nile Virus, Lyme, AIDS, Ebola and the list goes on.
With the zillions of flu vaccinations in stock.. you don't expect them to just wanting to sit on them? they want to sell them, use them, they were manufactured for that very reason. All in the planning.

Um, all the news stations are reporting that... they're not "guaranteeing" it's going to happen, they're just reporting on some prediction/scenario put out by a committee that analyzes the potential for terrorist attacks...

i can see the so-called blue-ribbon panelists now. observing the seismic terrorist activity. comparing various extremist charts. factoring in chemical graphs and analysis. and then, violla! Prediction.
