So are you celebrating Christmas this year?????
And if so, will you do America a favor, and only buy American made products? I ask each and every one of you here on the Daily Paul to only buy items made in the good old USA. If possible buy from small USA companies on line or go make a visit to their shops, let's keep the American dream alive, let's buy from small American companies, and give the Walmart's Chinese crap, along with all the other foreign made products the big American Finger. Buy only items MADE IN THE GOOD OLD USA PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will help to keep fellow Americans employed, and show the world that items made overseas by Communist Countries like China will not make profit this year with USA dollars. Instead we will buy only products made in USA, and by American workers. What do you all think?

Yes Tessie,
every time I pick up something in Wal-mart that says made in China it go's back on the shelf. Its amazing how much of it they have.( didn't Wal-mart used to have a made in the USA promotion?) Its not hard find alternatives for gifts, just probably not at Wally's.
Baaaaaaaaaa...
humbug.
Yes
Yes, I'm celebrating Christmas this year, as always. I just don't do it by buying tons of gifts. America long-ago went overboard on the commercialism. It's not about stuff. I simply remember the true meaning of the holiday and keep it sacred in my own way.
However, if one chooses to buy gifts. Food, warm clothes, boots and ammo are good choices. As are gold and silver coins.
"..shall not be infringed."
I cook a big dinner for the family
every year.We used to all get gifts for each other but it got to be to much.So a few years ago
we decided that everyone would just bring 1 gift and we would draw numbers and play a stealing game. It's lots of fun.And then there is the after hours trading if you don't like what you got.So instead of everyone spending hundreds on junk we don't need,we now spend 40 bucks!
I have a friend who makes excellent jams from wild Alaskan
berries. He goes out and spends weeks picking them himself (a Ron Paul supporter).
I've tried them all and they are fantastic.
If anyone is interested in purchasing some jars, email me -- put "@mac.com" after my username.
I love jams....
I will be in on that one for sure...Thank you IamVoting4RonPaul.
Alaskan salmonberry jam?
mmmmmm! Might have to get in on that offer!
"big American finger" to Wal-Mart...
AMEN.
You know what I miss is the old hardware stores that I used
to go to as a kid. It had seed, tools, straw, conversation, knowledge, care, family, and not just a big box store. WHere did America go? These big box stores are our death along with outsourcing every freaking industry we ever had.
Better yet..
See if your family wants to skip presents or drastically limit the amount you spend. We are drastically limiting the amount we spend and no one feels bad about it. We are looking forward more to spending time with family and eating a good meal. Or if you're gonna buy, buy your family items that promote self-sustainability. I'm buying "creative" toys for the children in our family this year, no electronic crap for them! People need to learn how to use their brains and hands again.
Also it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy local.
I just remembered another thought, my grandmother that lived during the great depression said they used to get fruit baskets for christmas. And that they never felt like it wasn't good enough, interesting isn't it??? Even for them, as they weren't one of the victims during that era.
Today God Granted Me the Sense to Vote Third Party!
