The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is the highest judicial body in the United States, and leads the federal judiciary. It consists of the Chief Justice of the United States and eight Associate Justices, who are nominated by the President and confirmed with the "advice and consent" (majority vote) of the Senate. Once appointed, Justices effectively have life tenure, serving "during good Behaviour", which terminates only upon death, resignation, retirement, or conviction on impeachment. The Court meets in Washington, D.C. in the United States Supreme Court building. The Supreme Court is primarily an appellate court, but has original jurisdiction over a small range of cases. Meanwhile, the March Madness On Demand is a great way for people to watch college basketball. It's funny that most people that are college sports fans root for teams from universities and colleges that they never went to! March Madness On Demand is a software bundle that you can download onto your cell phone (only for smart phones) and with a broadband internet connection get the game broadcast to that phone. It may not take payday loans to download the app, but at the least you can get a news feed to see the scores. If you have a desire to see teams prevail from universities you never went to from states you have never seen compete, March Madness On Demand might be the thing for you.

When this issue first came to my attention, I knew nothing about what "natural born citizen" meant. I researched and researched, and came to the clear conclusion that one must be born in the US and be born to a US citizen father, at a minimum to meet even the most loose definition of that term.

Even more interesting is the meaning of the 14th amendment as it relates to citizenship, which does not directly define "natural born citizen". It turns out that this Constitutional amendment was deliberately misinterpreted by the Supreme Court more than a century ago to allow all born in the US to be citizens when if fact that was not what it said or what the framers of that amendment intended. The 14th amendment requires that one be born in the US and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, which the people who wrote it said meant that one could not be born subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign power. So this eliminates from citizenship all these "anchor babies" born to illegal immigrants.

What a Pandora's box this has opened to public view, that is if you bother to look.

Obama is not a "natural born citizen", nor is he even a citizen within the meaning of the 14th amendment as it was written and intended. He was born subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign power by virtue of having a British citizen father. He is a foreigner. This may not matter to most, but it matters to the Constitution and the framers of both the Constitution and the 14th amendment.

So we have just another item to list on the next revolutionary document listing the reasons for the revolt. This will not make the top ten, but it should be on the list.

None of the branches of the federal government deserve even a spark of respect.

DONOFRIO APPLICATION DENIED - WROTNOWSKI APPLICATION STILL PENDING

My application was denied. The Honorable Court chose not to state why.

Wrotnowksi v. Connecticut Secretary of State is still pending as an
emergency application resubmitted to the Honorable Associate Justice
Antonin Scalia as of last Tuesday. I worked extensively on that
application and it includes a more solid brief and a less treacherous
lower Court procedural history.

After six days, I think it's kind of interesting that Scalia hasn't
either denied it or referred it to the full Court. On an emergency
action, six days is a long time for no disposition.

My case may suffered from the NJ Appellate Division Judge having
incorrectly characterized my original suit as a "motion for leave to
appeal" rather than the "direct appeal" that it actually was. On Dec
21 I filed official Judicial misconduct charges with the NJ Supreme
Court and I updated SCOTUS on that by a letter which is part of
SCOTUS Docket as of Dec. 22.

On the chance that SCOTUS was looking at both my case and Cort's
case, I will say that Cort's case does not have the same procedural
hang up that mine does. It may be that without a decision on the
Judicial misconduct allegation correcting the NJ Appellate Division
case file, SCOTUS might have been in the position of not being able
to hear my case as it would appear that my case was not before them
on the proper procedural grounds.

I did file a direct appeal under the proper NJ Court rules, but the
lower Court judge refused to acknowledge that and if his fraudulent
docketing was used by SCOTUS they would have a solid procedural basis
to throw mine out.

I don't know if it's significant that Cort's case was not denied at
the same time as mine. -His case argues the same exact theory - that
Obama is not a natural born citizen because he was a British citizen
at birth - as I did.

All eyes should now be closely watching US Supreme Court Docket No.
08A469, Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz.

If Cort's application is also denied then the fat lady can sing.
Until then, the same exact issue is before SCOTUS as was in my case.
Cort's application before SCOTUS incorprates all of the arguments and
law in mine, but we improved on mine quite a bit in Cort's as we had
more time to prepare it.

I was in a rush to get mine to SCOTUS before election day, which I
did do on Nov. 3. But Cort's case has a much cleaner lower court
procedural history.

I'm not trying to play with people's minds here. SCOTUS has not
updated Cort's Docket and until they do so there can be no closure.

I am just so amazed how Obama is conducting himself as the "president installed." Surely everybody in the media,... the citizenry at large,... judges,... congress,.... the senate... Obama $donors know the 'crucialness' of these charges...yet the entire establishment has gone deaf and blind and just carries on anyway with a spit in your eye. Perhaps it IS time for a New World Order...only I can't see it as the one the establishment is manipulating. People are waking up...He's like a kid in the candy store with a free fistful of money. The institutions have become larger than the people they serve. Historically, isn't this what happens as a sign of a civilization's impending demise?

I thought Obama was nude.

They talked about it on NPR - Wisconsin today for like 5 minutes but the guy they interviewed about it was just a sheep-subverting silly fool completely inept when it comes to any constitutional discussion.

I love it. Today a friend of mine; she asked me why it's such a big deal that you must be a U.S. citizen/born in the U.S. to be president.
All I said was - 'well Arnie wanted to be prez too but he took an oath to the Austrian Army - catch my drift'

orders for today's conference lists the petitions for which certiorari was granted. The Donofrio petition is not on the list.
