Tarpley sometimes has interesting things to say but he's an economic ignoramus, and when he gratuitously strays into that territory I find it irritating.

I sick of the high level of confidence he has in his economic beliefs. Especially when they have been proven wrong.
On another note, (to show how crazy Tarpley can be) he once said that his favorite presidents were Hamilton, Lincoln, and FDR.
Not Surprising
Like many of his generation, he has huge holes in his education re economic and monetary matters. I think it sometimes interferes with his analysis of political events as well. I have heard him rave about FDR, which imo is inexplicable.
Still, the guy has some intriguing information and analysis sometimes. I always am conflicted about whether to listen to him; tonight Tarpley won.:)
