UPDATED!!! NEW LINK!!!! Why not just SIDE STEP the Federal Reserve with the National Currency System?
In the National Banking Currency System the banks deposited securities into the US Treasury, but with the Federal Reserve Banking Currency System the US Treasury DEPOSITS securities into the Federal Reserve’s vaults.
We went from depositing wealth into our Country to having our wealth and also our unborn children's wealth stolen by a quasi-private banking cartel.
Now the thing about the National Banking System is that it is still here, Page 9 of "National Banks of the Note Issuing Period" shows the Act of Feb. 25, 1927
“This act provides the all national banks now organized or to be organized would have perpetual corporate existence…..”
So the possibility exists that one would not necessarily have to end the FED, but just side step it by having the National Banking System restart the ISSUING OF THE NATIONAL CURRENCY NOTES.

The thing I love about this case...
The IRS is suggesting that income should be measured as the value of the currency's materials rather than the value marked on its surface... so in a way, you want them to win, because that would mean the rest of us would be well under the minimum income required to pay taxes based on the worthless paper we received in exchange for our labor. The case really exposes the fraud of fiat currency, and is probably one of the most useful tools in convincing the unconvinced.
That alone should tell you what the value of our FRNs are....
When the IRS starts changing things in their favor because someone has used real money, ie..gold, or silver, something is very wrong. I am glad to see the gentleman in Nevada won, and he is being honest about it, unlike our federal government, and the IRS.

there are more regular citizens that own gold, and silver than you realize...What is manipulated is the ETF, not actual physical metal. Please read Ron Paul's book "The Case for Gold".

Why are they still trying to attach a face value to the coins?
Why not just use the weight of the coin? Any arbitrary number value on the coin will just cause confusion among the J6Ps of the world.

Until the Federal Reserve Act is repealled the Federal Reserve Bank will continue, it can't be "side-stepped" without a Congressional repeal of the Act and the dismantling of the FED by the method mandated in the Act.

Good idea. This may be like RP's idea to just allow competion in the currency market. To try to take on the Fed or the gov't directly may be just too tough. Better to just write a simple law that says: Any bank or company can come out with currency (hopefully gold-backed) and let the people decide which they prefer.

Its already a law for a National Bank to Issue Currency. Go Look again and read it on page 9 of the scanned in pages of "NATIONAL BANKS OF THE NOTE ISSUING PERIOD"

Go to the link and read the 18 pages and read all that is on the faces of the Notes I scanned in. It is truly amazing what you will read on those Notes. As for the National Currency System it is still in place, because we still have National Banks.
