Top 20 insane legal facts?

I came across this list of the top 20 insane facts of law and their legal precedents, but I never had time to really study it all.

What do you guys make of this? Any lawyers here?

1. The IRS is not a U.S. Government Agency. It is an Agency of the IMF

4. There are no judicial courts in America and there has not been since 1789.
