I like Doug Wead. I trust

I like Doug Wead. I trust his advice, and his speech at the rally was amazing.

Ron Paul is hindered by his team not by his message.

The problem with the Paul campaign is the some of the other people who are involved, the absolute scumbags like "Lew Moore" , and the incorrigibly incompetent like "Debbie Hopper".

Even "John Tate" is pretty weak but an ok enough guy.

As a ideologue and prophetic voice of truth, Dr. Paul is A+++ ! ! ! !

As a manager of people, Ron Paul is often not tough enough.

Doug Wead is trying to tell Ron that saving our country is dependent upon Ron Paul making some tough decisions about key staff. We don't need a conniver like Carville or a schemer like Rove, but we do need someone with the spirit and resolve of a Patton who will kick asses and take names and do it because he loves his country and cant stand anymore seeing it go to hell in a handbasket.

Lots of people know this. It is no particular unique revelation. Let's hope that something gets done before it is too late. The clock is ticking.

All leaders

Tend to have to depend on those that surround them. Great leaders find people dedicated to the direction.
But all leaders have occasional problems with the people that gravitate towards them. What Doug Wead suggests makes real sense. Get some campaign professionals on his side. A lot can be done with great grass roots, but a lot more can be done if you have some players who know how to play the game.
