Christmas Card From Ron Paul

I came home this evening and looked to see if my mail order packages had arrived yet. I didn't see anything on the porch as I pulled in the driveway. I carried the trash can around to the back of the house (it was trash day). I made my way back to the front of the house and looked in the mailbox. First thing I saw was a Jury Summons (I began to cuss) because they manage to call me several times a year for Jury duty, and even though I served on a Federal Jury once for a month I don't like getting the summons.

Then I saw a large envelope with a return address of Lake Jackson Texas. Now I only know of one person in Lake Jackson.......and sure enough it was Ron Paul. I had received a Christmas card from Congressman Ron Paul! The front of the card had a picture of Ron and Carol standing in front of the Capitol building and said Happy Holidays from Congressman Ron Paul and Family. Inside the card Ron talked all about his Family, Ronnie, Rand and his Grandkids. It was kind of a general issue card but it was addressed to me and I was floored that Ron actually sent me a card. Granted I donated to his campaign, signed up at the Campaign For Liberty and donated there also, and spent many hours blogging and spreading the Revolution around. On the back of the card Carol thanked everyone for their prayers and messages that came in during her illness. She said that Ron has been busy with Congressional business as well as getting the Campaign For Liberty off to a great start. She said he feels so much has been accomplished this year with the help of supporters and volunteers and for this we are also thankful.......and we have to keep going!

She said we are proud to live in a country that allows its citizens freedom to choose,and we want everyone to be able to choose Liberty.
