I am a civilian journalist for www.naturalnews.com. Please go there and read up on the dangers of artificial sweetners. I have written an article on aspartame myself in the past.
It is also in almost every chewing gum, all diet drinks, almost anything that says "LOW SUGAR" or "No Sugar Added!". Check the back of every item you pick up at the grocery store... even your toothpaste.

"A lot of the controversy surrounding sucralose stems from the fact that it was discovered while trying to create a new insecticide. The claim that it is made from sugar is a misconception about the final product. According to the book Sweet Deception, sucralose is made when sugar is treated with trityl chloride, acetic anhydride, hydrogen chlorine, thionyl chloride, and methanol in the presence of dimethylformamide, 4-methylmorpholine, toluene, methyl isobutyl ketone, acetic acid, benzyltriethlyammonium chloride, and sodium methoxide, making it unlike anything found in nature."
As you would carry a bottle of water with you, well, I carry a sustainalby grown head of celery around with me all the time and peel off a stalk when thirsty or to increase my level on alkalinity. Celery will last a week just sitting out in a cool place with air movement, like the back seat of my car, loosly placed in a plastic grocery bag. Celery is fun to eat and satisfies the "crunchy" desire one has when leaving the cooked food regime.
Nature's water found in fruits and vegetables is the best fluid, full of balanced vitamins and minerals, and is alkalyne pH water.
Diet beverages of any kind, and this includes "low fat" milk, is not goodfor you. Choose quality "raw milk" if you insist you must have milk. However, I believe cow's milk is for calves, not humans.
If you want sweet, eat fruit.
Don't drink it. Everytime you consume sucralose you are in effect consume a low-dose of chlorine. Dr. Mercola's website, www.mercola.com, is a great place for information on artificial sweeteners and the info is written so the non-chemist/healthcare practitioner can understand it.
Poison
Aspartame is a poison. Watch the movie documentary "Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World" and see if you have the same opinion.
Sucralose aka Splenda is a chlorocarbon. It is a man made chemical in the same family as DDT. It is a lighter version but still a poison.

Sunny Delight isn't even food. Why would you ingest something that is not made of food? Yes, it's very dangerous over the long-term.
