'Natural Born Citizen' Video

We've discussed the issue thoroughly on my forums. Obama has made copies of his birth certificate available to the media, but he cannot make the original available for the same reason you or I can't make the originals of ours available: he doesn't have it. The Hawaiian state government, or whichever county he was born in, does.

Furthermore, it is a violation of Obama's privacy rights for the government to order that birth certificate presented without a reasonable cause to suspect that he has done anything wrong. We have a system of innocent until proven guilty, whose roots are enshrined in the Constitution. And as the main plaintiff, one Philip Berg, in the case to open up Obama's birth certificate in court is only advancing wild-eyed conspiracy theories as "proof," the courts need a better reason than that to violate someone's privacy.

Even further, the courts do not have standing to deal with this; it is a matter for the Federal Elections Commission. They couldn't rule on it even if Obama was patently and obviously not a citizen, let alone natural-born. And, for the record, the FEC waived their right to respond, because Berg's claims are so off-the-wall insane.

The opinion rendered by the courts is probably one of the soundest legal opinions I've read in a long time. The Supreme Court, when Berg appealed to them, voted 9-0 to dismiss it without comment, based on how patently absurd and alien to our notions of privacy rights it is.

If you don't like Obama (and there is plenty not to like), then attack him on those merits. But don't pursue every half-baked piece of tinfoil that comes down the pipeline, especially when it's actually detrimental to liberty and constitutional law.

Obama has NOT released an unaltered copy of his birth certificate. He has NOT released any hospital or doctor records that show where he was born and who the doctor was. (He has also NOT released other significant documents, like his college records or his thesis.) He has NOT released the records of his adoption or his Indonesian passport. He has NOT released even an altered copy of the long form of his birth certificate that would give the kind of information that would completely satisfy and silence the “birthers” (at least most of them). His pattern of hiding and obscuring and even lying about his past (like stating in writing in a formal document that he never went by or used a different name) is over the top and is one of the reasons why I do not trust anything he says and would put nothing past him.

For myself and many like me, until he answers these questions (which he could easily do if he just released the documents), we will not recognize him as the president, we will not recognize any legislation he signs as law, we will not view any orders he gives the military as binding, we will not view any judges he appoints or the decisions they make as anything other than bogus.

Obama is forcing the Country into a state of anarchy by his insistence on hiding key, essential documents. For this reason, he is the greatest threat to the state of the nation to ever hit the USA–worse than 911 and even than Pearl Harbor. He and he alone bears the guilt for this disaster. And NO, we will not “live with it”; this issue will NEVER die.

This video takes way too long to get going with all the introductory spiel. No one except die-hards are going to listen past the 30 second mark before moving on.

Anyone who supports Obama, or McCain, will not have the slightest idea of what you are trying to say!! They do not know who the VP is even, or what a constitution is even!
You need to SLOW WAY DOWN!
Put some space into the thoughts and lose the fast music in the background... no concentration possible and cannot read that fast! You have lots of time to speak... make it count by allowing people to remember and understand what is being said! Add patriotic music at the end to bring the matter to it greatest impact, for it is a matter of great moment! But it is meaningless to place elevator music used to sell toothpaste with an issue which is far more serious than a public service announcement about stop, drop and roll.
In addition, also throw a picture of Bush in there, and McCain with open mouth... they did not say anything either... otherwise you come off sounding just as you defend against... just another race bait! You have made it look like an 'us' vs them issue... GOP vs. Dems!
BOTH parties failed to expose, so you will appeal to a broader audience and gain pupils with good outcome based scores, by heeding these warnings!

I can't convince anyone I know to care, though.

If, as the narrator says, its ONLY about respecting the Constitution, & not about his race or politics, and its ONLY about making sure the Constitution is followed, then my retort is TIME makes you pick your battles and WISDOM makes you pick the one that is most important to our freedoms.

FACT: Obama's birth by itself does not hinder my freedom. Its a Freedom NON issue, hence I cannot get all worked up about it.

Fact: There are a dozen constitutional violations RIGHT NOW, that DO affect my Freedoms and yours, all by this sitting President, GW Bush.

Fact: Each violation NOW by Bush is of greater importance than Obama's birth issue.

Fact: I don't give a rats ass about the issue of Obama's birth, but I WILL care if he violates the CONSTITUTION the way that Bush has.

Now, in my opinion, perhaps yours as well.... The way to stop that, is to go get and impeach Bush. If impeachment is not possible, then civil suit, class action suit, what have you. Make a CLEAR example out of Bush and you will make Obama walk the straight and narrow as well as future Presidents. If you cannot get Bush on Constitutional violations ... then its pretty much hopeless.

But think about it. GW Bush will be out of office, a private citizen, and information will continue to roll in about his deeds. A citizens arrest would be great headlines! Super Glue yourself to him! You will have the rest of GW Bush's life to throw his ass in prison for Violating the Constitution. If we all succeed in getting GW Bush thrown into prison (along with any others a-holes) then you WILL be protecting the Constitution for years and years to come.
