go to the create tab, then
go to the create tab, then you can chose to either take a picture if your computer has a web-cam, or you can upload a picture file from your computer...
Then, once the image is uploaded, you can adjust the color tabs to create the look you want, and then you can add whatever text you want from the provided options, which includes a custom option.
If we all just post a bunch of Ron Paul ones I thought it'd be kind of funny.
