Rahm Emanuel, if you are on No Fly List, No Gun!

Remember what the government did with the Intelligence Authorization Act of 2004 when they redefined "financial institution"? It was very interesting how their new definition applied to old laws that were based on the true definition.

"Financial institution" was redefined by the government as: a bank, trust company, credit union, a delicatessen, a bodega, a restaurant, hotel, casino, travel agency, your lawyers office, your doctors office, your telephone company, your computer server, the post office, etc. To learn more about why that is significant, watch the following 35 minute speech by Judge Andrew Napolitano: http://www.reason.tv/video/show/178.html

So, with all that in mind. What if the government was to put all these new laws into effect such as if you're on the terrorist no fly list, terrorist this or that, spent money with an organization that is suspected of being connected to terrorism, etc, etc....

What if they do that, then redefine the terms terrorist and terrorism?

It's quite possible that in the future, wreckless driving will be labeled as terroristic driving, or spanking your kid in public would be family terrorism instead of domestic abuse, etc, etc.

What if the penalty, for whatever they want to call it, is no gun, no drivers license, no passport, no freedom (?), etc, etc? Then anyone who is convicted of whatever crime is labeled and losing all their liberties?

I totally wouldn't put it past the government to modify the dictionary again.

A young lady with a VERY unusual name - I have never met anyone else with it. She is an attorney, and in law school she worked on animals rights issues. (Unwad your panties. She wants your food treated humanely.) She is a complete sweetie, gentle heart, no desire to own a gun so she won't care... Well, except that she IS an attorney, maybe THIS will wake her up. It worked for me. I never WANTED a gun, then I realized they were telling me I CAN"T have a gun. (I still don't "want" a gun but I sure as hell am no longer without one.)

Anyway, she showed up on the list. As an attorney, she actually got off it... but they told her it was "another" person with her EXACT same name. I mean, this is like having 2 people named "Seven of Nine Picard!"

I wonder if any military recruit on his way to boot camp denied boarding being on a no-fly list ?

Side note: I know there are active service people who can not own guns, because they were felons before or after enlisting/drafted. Also, news reports say that Soldiers are assaulting their spouses in record numbers as of late, which is often corporal injury, a felony > no guns for you. I understad there are police that fall in that catagory too.

In Israel, the Irgun is referred to as Etzel, an acronym of the group's Hebrew initials. The Irgun was considered a terrorist organization by the British authorities as well as by mainstream Zionist and Jewish organizations, such as the Jewish Agency, the Haganah and the Histadrut. Of course you won't find anything Rep. Emanuel's father's exploits in Palestine on Rahm's website.

The late Sherman Skolnick of Chicago called Rahm Emanuel the "Acting Deputy Chief for North America of the Mossad – Israeli Intelligence.

Skolnick went on to say that Emanuel's father Benjamin had been "part of the Israeli assassin team that murdered Sweden's Count [Folke] Bernadotte" in 1948. Bernadotte was the envoy of the United Nations in Palestine who sought to find a solution to the UN Partition Plan that gave Palestinian land to Jews from "beyond the pale."

Rahm was an Israeli citizen until he was 18 years old, when for obvious reasons he hid his Israeli passport in his underwear drawer. In 1991, however, he pulled his Israeli passport out and went and reportedly joined the Israeli Army to defend Zion from Saddam's Scuds.

Irgun, the army of his father, is short for Irgun Zvai Leumi, which supposedly means something like "National Military Organization" in Hebrew. As a matter of fact, the Irgun was simply a terrorist Zionist group that operated in Palestine from 1931 to 1948. They killed innocent Palestinians and British soldiers and blew up buildings.

After 1948 they became part of the new Israeli government and did the same thing. In September 2001 they put their skills to work in New York City and Washington to kick start the "war on terror" - a conflict long promoted by their chief architect, Bibi Netanyahu, son of the former secretary of Ze'ev Jabotinsky. There are way to many false positives on that list. this can't get enacted. With all the other anti gun legislation they are already doing, ....only a outlaw will own a gun.

Who has hand cuffs?

Lets face it, the reason why the revolution does not nab these NEOCONs by citizens arrest, is the self awareness, that if taken to a local police station, the citizen wanting to book the arrest will be laughed out and the CON-CRIM will be set free.

There must be a nationwide effort, to create in all states, cities and towns, a jail, run by the citizens, for such things as citizens arrest.

(I'll bet that lawyers would love this new business upstart)

Where fingerprinting, photographing and jailing are done with professional confidence. Where the accused is held, and transported to court where a judge hears the charges against them and sets a trial date...

Not that the logic doesn't follow their normal path of thinking, but if you're on their watch list - and no one tells you - how would your know?
