States do have rights. We don't. We have UCC court systems in the good ole USA. Uniform Commercial Code, which is the law of COMMERCE. Inside UCC you are not allowed to voice your constitutional liberties. UCC does not recognize the constitution. This is why you must petition the state to go federal. States have rights you don't. Unless you are a sovereign, but your still inside their system. The only way we will ever be free is to stop feeding into their system of enslavement. Anyone who encourages you to vote, encourages you to enslave yourselves.
