Autonomous Regional Government Push Now Underway!!

The goal is to bring about AUTONOMOUS REGIONAL GOVERNMENT via an Article V/National Constitutional Convention.
Highlights of this proposal include all social security payments being made to state trust funds as opposed to the federal "trust fund" which is one BIG IOU, return of all federal land and properties(including the military) to the states/regions, and each region issuing its own currency. Diffusing the Power of the Federal Reserve
Also wanted to add that the KEY element of my proposal is that the power of the Federal Reserve is diffused. Specifically, at an initial Convention dealing EXCLUSIVELY with regionalizing the federal government, the Federal Reserve district banks will be made independent of the DC governing board. This will effectively isolate the NY Fed, which according to Catherine Austin Fitts (http://www.solari.com ) is responsible for 80% of the current economic mess we're now in. Then at secondary regional Conventions, the regions can decide if they want to retain the district banks.
