I suppose I am now a full scale paranoid personality.
I keep thinking there must be a catch. It is hard for me to imagine that State legislatures would of their own volition, easily passing legislation to confront the federal government. There must be some ulterior motive.
Do the think the resolutions are meaningless and will have zero effect, so why not vote for it? Is there some little legal quirk that will eventually allow the states to screw us in place of the federal government?
There are just too many collectivist who are State Senators and Representatives for this to be a real attempt to limit the federal government. It just doesn't compute in my mind.

This is a protection of the entire Union! If 37 States approve sovereignty bills, what it means is that the President of the United States and Congress are null and a new election is begun. It is a peaceful way to throw out an usurper who has taken the nation for a ride. Hmm, I'm thinking about writing a book and calling it "How to Steal and/or Buy an election. The Story of Barry Obama and his use of ACORN".

If I'm not careful I might start feeling a sense of hope again.
Does anyone know of an Indiana Rep or two who would support these actions? Financially, IN is better off than most states, but they've also been hammered by unemployment.

Montana's Constitution is based on the 2nd Amendment...
and shall not be limited in any way. If that changes, Montana can secede from the Union, so they say.
We don't have a port, but we have nearly everything else...7 sovereign Native-American countries within the state, 2 National parks, water, food, energy, good banks, mines, natural resources, scenery, and a low population of independent-loving survivalists with lots of guns.
