New Hampshire Resolution Immediately Voids Several Federal Laws, Threatens Counterstrike Against Federal “Breach Of Peace”

The New Hampshire state legislature took an unbelievably bold step Monday by introducing a resolution to declare certain actions by the federal government to completely totally void and warning that certain future acts will be viewed as a “breach of peace” with the states themselves that risks “nullifying the Constitution.”

This act by New Hampshire is a clear warning to the federal government that they could face being stripped of their power by the States (presumably through civil war!

The remarkable document outlines with perfect clarity, some basics long forgotten. For instance, it reminds Congress “That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, slavery, and no other crimes whatsoever;. . . . . therefore all acts of Congress which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution are altogether void, and of no force;”

Federal gun crime laws? Void. Federal drug crime laws? Void. The gazzillion other federal criminal laws that deal with anything other than the specific enumerated crimes? ALL VOID.

Read the whole thing.

Unfortunately, The Manchester Union Leader has not picked up this story, so hardly anyone in NH has even heard of this bill and thus can't call their state reps and senators to support it!

You know what to do.

THIS MOVE BY NH CAN PROVE TO BE THE DEFINING MOMENT OF OUR REVOLUTION.... SPREAD THE WORD.. YOU CAN WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF WE JUST TAKE ACTION..AND LET ALL THE ABOVE MEDIA FIND OUT ABOUT THIS AMAZING BILL!!!

I

Unbelievable

It took me four links to determine who actually wrote this article. I couldn't get past the bigotry overtones of the article. And for good reason. The article was written by some racist nut job named hal turner. wtf?
I think it's awesome that New Hampshire wrote up this resolution, but by using this article you are putting Ron Paul supporters to shame. Not to mention plagiarizing. What ever happened to crediting your source? Do you think because it's a blog you don't have to determine who actually wrote it?
Was it too difficult to blog about the HCR 6 in your own words? I guess I'll find out when I finish analyzing the House Concurrent Resolution (HCR).
I really wish you would have checked your source, checked their M.O.; it is easy to pick out the prejudices when reading the article.
/end rant
And on a different note, while I believe in much that Ron Paul stands for, I am happy with our President and think he is doing a great job. I especially like some of his executive orders, such as the Pay Freeze (I'd think Ron Paul concurs), Freedom of Information Act, Presidential Records and the closure of Guantanamo Bay.

Free county project is a

Free county project is a great idea!

The Free State Project has great potential now!

I think this will help that movement considerably. Success.

SUPPORT OUR FOUNDERS' AMERICA
Support the Constitution of the United States

Yes, Ron Paul went there and thought it was a good idea -

it's on YouTube.

Free state project is a joke

You will NEVER move in a majority of freedom heads to make a difference in NH as long as you have 3 times as many liberals fleeing from Tax-a-2-shits into the state.

Everyone in every state should be looking into making a Free COUNTY project, where you dont even have to leave the state you live in. The County sheriff is the highest lawful authority in each county, something the FSP and the FTP (Free Town Project) ALL lack.

Plus it makes it easier for the elites to control all the freedom heads if they are all concentrated in one area of the country. bad idea for freedom heads... good idea for our controllers.

Since it was a Harvard grad that came up with it, makes him and the project suspect from the GET GO.

Wake up people FSP is another trojan horse as well.
BC

Perhaps some of those

Perhaps some of those Taxassachusetts refugees are in NH specifically because they are tired of the taxes, regulation, corruption and incompetency. The 'open carry OK by anyone anywhere' laws ought to keep some lid on how hopelessly liberal residents can be. As does no sales tax, no income tax.

And free counties are OK, but there are so many more laws that are set at the state level. Taxes for one. No matter how free your county, you still have to pay. Guns is another. We need a free state with the balls to tell the feds to foff. Maybe WY, MT, ID or AK are better choices, who knows. Watching Baucus repeatedly make a fool out of MT doesn't engender too much trust, although the libertarian culture up there at least at first glance seem substantially more in your face and belligerent than in NH.

And remember, all we need is one free state. Then we'll quickly fill up with like minded libertarians, and scare away the statists.

I've always thought a

I've always thought a western state was a better idea, too. My first choice was always Montana. But the fact is that New Hampshire is actually doing the Free State Project--and Wyoming, Montana, or Idaho are not.

There's room for a second free state, or even a third or fourth. Meanwhile, the New Hampshire crowd is actually doing something at this writing.

SUPPORT OUR FOUNDERS' AMERICA
Support the Constitution of the United States

I think the Wyoming Free

I think the Wyoming Free Staters are fairly organized and energized. That state has the benefit of the lowest population. But it's pretty geographically barren, and a hard place to find work.

Amongst the Christian Exodus guys, Idaho seems like a popular destination, along with, I believe, one of the Carolinas. They're not exactly statists, either, and definitely on our side. I don't know how many there are of them yet, though.

I also suspect a western, mountain state in the process of leaning more libertarian may benefit from an influx of not particularly government friendly fundamentalist Mormons, which could, in some districts, help tip the vote in a definitely liberty friendly direction.

One huge boon for New Hampshire is jobs availability. For live off the land survivalism, this doesn't matter much, but for more regular folk, it could well be a deciding factor. Jobs wise, especially southern NH benefits enormously from being a low tax zone close to Boston.

Nullification

Will this be a new type of nullification?

Hit post too soon. I guess I

Hit post too soon.

I guess I meant to ask "will this lead to a new nullification crisis?"

watch. Have wondered about that possibility. He has been a pawn and the day may come that the powers that be no longer need him.

A resolution is a statement of sentiment, nothing more.

It has no enforcement provision. Still, it is encouraging to see this and similar resolutions introduced. Passage is another matter. Any legislator can introduce a resolution. It has to survive committee however, then be approved by the entire body. Before this happens it cannot be claimed that the state has done anything.

Can they bring them home?

NH and other states going against the Fed..Can they..will they..bring home the troops that reside in their state?...They should. They must. And they need to de-program their minds from that government crap.
Does anyone know if this can/will be done?..If not..for Gods sake..WHY?

This could get ugly

I keep wondering about their National Guard

"It's just one big club... and WE ain't in it!"

Are you really worried about their National Guard?

I don't think that there is much to worry about. The National Guard at Kent State, Ohio was called out on some student demonstrators and four demonstrators were killed. That disaster nearly brought the country to it's knees. Tragically, although four were killed, it was not a wholesale murder of Americans. I've said it many times that if Americans were being killed wholesale, the United States would not exist anymore as we know it, D.C. would be burnt to the ground and those responsible would be hanging from lamp posts. Even those in D.C. know that they can only "over reach" so far before the people demand and get back a constitutional government and those who have betrayed us and who have committed treason against us will be "severely" punished with tar, feathers and rope.

Kent State

All but one of the people killed were not even demonstrators. They we teachers and students simply going to the next class. Does anyone remember this???.
Bracco

I don't know

how people will react today. Will they sit back and say "those jerks had it coming" or will they FINALLY get MAD?

I've nearly lost all faith in the people ever coming together for a common good.

"It's just one big club... and WE ain't in it!"

Not mad..Furious would be a better word.

To watch murder committed by government on Americans would so infuriate the people that they would run out of their houses with their guns in their hands. That is why they have been trying to confiscate/license/register guns for as long as I can remember. They know that (many of us, not all) will fight back. If a soldier has a machine gun, it can be taken and used against them. If they have a tank, it can be taken. On and on. And believe me there are plenty of veterans who know how to fly airplanes, helicopters, drive tanks, work weapon systems and the rest as well as the active duty/reserve/or national guard. But, I don't think that our guard/reserves/active duty will obey orders to pull down on Americans. After all, they may be gunning down relatives!

Glad to hear a realistic attitude on this topic.

No matter what stupid, insane laws and executive orders they have on the books, neither national guardsmen nor GIs in uniform would ever gun down or imprison fellow Americans, on American soil, for political dissent. Not in this day and age, where information flows freely. And the government would not dare attempt it while the public is heavily armed.

they're some kinda hippy or (COMMENTS REDACTED for racial slurs. --KT) or liberal or what have you. Cops and solders (not all, but many) are stupid, brainwashed, ignorant, racist, sexist, homophobic dogs who do what they are told. These power trippers are attracted to the job, where as intelligent, sensitive, creative, compassionate people end up hiding their weed from these idiots...

I wish I could feel like you, that they wouldn't attack Americans, but the truth is, they do it every day.

Arab Investors Lost $2.5 Trillion Amid Crisis In Four Months

We have a Solution --- Look up Bakken Oil Field

Bakken OIL Field -- US geological service

Bakken OIL Field

We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth. Here are the official estimates:

8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia
18-times as much oil a s Iraq
21-times as much oil as Kuwait
22-times as much oil as Iran
500-times as much oil as Yemen- and it's all right here in the Western United States.

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 41 years straight with ONE find!

If I'm not mistaken, I

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the Hunt brothers (who supposedly cornered the silver market back in the early 80s) are heavily involved in the Bakken oil field.

the problem with the Field

the problem with the Field like all of them is our Government will not allow us to tap into it -- We have to ask ourselves why the government is FORCING us to stay dependent on foreign oil.

It is amazing though in one find we have

8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia
18-times as much oil a s Iraq
21-times as much oil as Kuwait
22-times as much oil as Iran
500-times as much oil as Yemen- and it's all right here in the Western United States

and the unspoken consequences of Arab investors loosing 2.5 Trillion in 4 months is soon to be coming our way.

Check out Lindsay Williams on Youtube

His talk is called the Energy Non-crisis.

Oil is how they plan to control us. And, I might add, they're doing a bang up job of it.

Reason why The Manchester Union Leader is not...

picking up on it is because they are more concerned about dog races and bogus stories and deception statements on gun control and more gangs. Meanwhile our out of control government continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Now there is some sort of committee being formed to find out the truth on circumstances and events that happened during the Bush administration.
Yep, you heard right, more government. This country is in shambles. There needs to be action not idle words.
I am encouraged about the resolution for New Hampshire. We must continue to support our fellow patriots in others states to follow suit as well.
Continue sounding the alarm on any and everything that smells like corruption. Corruption is becoming easier by the hour to spot.
