William Cooper achieved the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1, E- 6 after only 8 years of Naval service, a difficult task in any branch of the United States military. William Cooper received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy on December 11, 1975.

William attended Long Beach City College where he picked up an Associate of Science Degree in Photography. He founded the Absolute Image Studio and Gallery of Fine Art Photography in Long Beach, California.

gentleman prior to today...I only watched half of the video (it's 1 hr. 10 min. long), but will watch the rest later. He speaks of secret underground bases, known alien contact since 1909, the periodic table actually having 140 elements, not the 105 taught in school, alien technology used today,
underground bases being built in event of martial law, FEMA camps being built...etc...and this lecture was from 1995!!!

The news (local Fox) just said that he was in Denver in part because Denver was the place that his nomination took place and in part because Colorado has spent hundreds of millions to showcase green energy.

I'm in Denver and I'm off tomorrow. Does anyone know of anything going on when Obama is here?
