Updated 2-24-09: The bill to stop Real ID in Missouri voted out of committee with an amendment. Now you need to call your rep to get them to support it.
Updated. HB 361 Committee Vote 2/24/09. Still time to call. One of the LA's asked me if I had spoken to my Rep and I said I had briefly, but it doesn't matter if the bill doesn't make it out of committee. Don't let them pull that on you.
HCR-13 made it out of committee yesterday.. Evidently, Brown was the only one to vote against it. We still need to keep up the pressure for HB361.
A CALL TO ACTION FOR FREEDOM AND STATE SOVEREIGNTY
The following are members of the committee on Real ID and Personal Privacy who are supporting REAL ID/ against HCR 13 and HB 361. These members need to be called, with high priority members listed first and their geographical area. Ask them TO SUPPORT HCR 13 and HB 361 with a DO PASS vote. You can make a second call a few days later; these calls can be made over the next week. It will be a week before a vote will be taken. Ask your friends to also make some calls.
