If legit it includes gambling sites, a dentist site a tuckshop (cafeteria) and the usual list of porn sites. The blacklist is secret but if you link to any sites on it you can be fined 11,000 AUD /day ($7000USD)

I remember reading that Australia was going to censor the net like this. Unbelievable.
