Tea Party Opportunities
There are over 2,000 tea parties scheduled all over the USA for April 15, 2009.

Instead of griping about these events being populated by 'neocons' now is the time to ask them to remember. Remember who warned us about the Fed? The IRS? The foreign banker takeover? On the other hand, who was the candidate that Wall Street supported? Who is working for them now? Who did the media try to discredit and why is he all over the news now? And most of all, the What Just Happened? factor.. MAKE THEM REMEMBER who said what.. help them connect the dots.
NOW is the chance you have to get the ear of those willing to listen.
The other day I was in my office getting cable installed and the cable guy 'got it'. He said he used to think it was crazy but now he knows. Another person told me that when he started conversing with me over email 6 months ago he wasn't sure, but I always gave him concrete evidence and now he has 'connected the dots'.
Another person who I never would have imagined would have a CLUE, emailed me out of the blue and wanted to know how he could help. I was shocked but pleased at his awakening.
You also have to understand that most regular people are republicans because that is the party that is SUPPOSED to want to preserve the republic... just because we have neocon officials who don't respect the constitution, most individuals at our level do, as that is the real platform of the republican party. So you are likely to find MORE KINDRED spirits there among small 'r' republicans.
Lose you hatred for W for once and get over it. These are the people you can teach and you can win over.
Don't you think the people who created the MIAC report knew this? They see the unrest and they worry -- now EVERYONE is understanding the message of liberty and the constitution, the fraudulent money system, and no longer can the media discredit Congressman Paul because he was warning us about it.
They don't want them to be receptive to us '3rd party peons'. Because we know the score and they know it.
So go forth and multiply... I have not heard ONE BAD WORD yet. And I talk to a lot of people.

Flier suggestions

Two republicans that I know of have forwarded my message urging people to attend. Any suggestions on what flier would be the best to print off and take with me?

I made a two-page flier, with Michael N's "HR 1207 -- Audit The Fed" (The one with "Audit" stamped on Bernanke's forehead) on the front. On the back, I put Ron Paul's remarks to introduce the bill along with a note to call our local congress critter encouraging her to co-sponsor the bill.

This maybe one of the best opportunities we will have to recruit members to C4L. These Party's are well organized and are going to draw many and all types of people and all we have to do is be there! Who could ask for more? Two of us precinct leaders will have a table set up with information and have a sign plus 600 of the big fliers and lots of the 30 cent Constitution booklets plus some printouts.
Working on things that will attract their attention: Drop your name into box to win Common Sense Revisited. Printout with Constitution test on clipboard for them to take. Information on FED and HR1207 so they can ask rep. to sign and make them aware of HR1207.
Visual items such as big laminated copy of C4L principles, pictures of C4L site so I can flip through them and explain features. Quotes from
Founding Fathers that relate and anything else I think of.
