Alarming Video, if true

I do not know who the woman is in the video, nor her companion, but if what she says is correct then this is very important information.
In a nutshell: a credible friend of hers called to say that, while at a police station, applying for a job, he overheard some FEMA members addressing the entire police force. The FEMA guys stated that, by August or September of this year, the banks would be Federalized, local police (but not state police) would also be Federalized and that vouchers would replace currency. She also reported that this is on schedule to happen in the cities, but that the rural areas would be 'on their own.' There was brief mention of checkpoints on major interstate highways, and also gun confiscation,but the details were spotty.

While all of us are seeking reliable information, we have to sift through a lot of mis-information and use our best judgment as to what to do, and how best to prepare. In a way, the specifics are almost moot: we are heading into a very dark time, and it appears (if one believes Gerald Celente, Peter Schiff, Alex Jones, et al) that it will get far worse in the days to come.

I'd assume that some sherrifs or local police in the larger areas would be aware of this.
Someone else would have spilled the beans I would think.
Fema - the new F-word
In all seriousness, if the postal service cannot deliver mail on time, how do we expect the government to actually enforce this? Our military is strong and capable, but Fema enforcement would seem like something out of the state trooper parody movies.
I did see the video's about how bad Katrina turned out under Fema. It was pure anarchy and chaos. They made things worse by far. The national guard and military are much better equipped and capable, and seem to have superior judgement to government.
I pray that if this comes down the pike, our military will keep an oath to protect, defend and uphold the US constitution.

Needs corroboration
If FEMA is doing this, I'd expect more alarms to be sounding.
By the way, does NO ONE have the courage to show their faces when issuing warnings of this magnitude? Why didn't the real witness come forward? And if he's a coward, why should I believe him, anyway?

That is why I didn't post this on the front page. There is no corroboration thus far.
To you question about the witness. The poor guy probably needs the job and doesn't want to screw up his chances of being hired. If he dared show his face on YouTube and tell what he saw, he'd be in trouble, and probably blacklisted.

But, if it's blarney, then these people went to some trouble to shoot two videos and stress the urgency of the FEMA situation. Do you think they just did it for kicks?
I think they're legit. I just wish I could get some corroborating evidence that it's true, or proof that it's blarney.

I could have posted it on the front page, but I am still not certain whether the info is legit. It sounds like it might be, but I there isn't any credible confirmation yet.

I am glad I live in the country and we have no city / town police, only county sherrif and Forest Service Rangers. Lots of people out here are and have been poor since the logging industry went tits up and have farms and are more or less independent from the big city (Portland).
This time frame in the vid. Aug. / Sept. is something I have been hearing from others (Schiff? - Celente?)
