Investment Advice

Hey everybody,

I just got some money back from some long-term investments, and I wanted to get some opinions on where to put it. We are talking <$10,000, so nothing too major.

I already have some silver bullion, and although silver and gold still look appealing, it may be a better idea to diversify a bit. I've looked at some of the energy trusts and foreign stock options through Euro Pacific, but I'm not sure about the taxes on foreign equities or the possibility for inflation in other currencies. The Rogers Intl. Commodity Index is appealing as well, but I can't figure out whether it pays any sort of dividends or if it is just more of an inflation hedge in this environment.

Open to other ideas as well!
Thanks

I have no idea about any of that, but I took about $600 and bought Ford when it was $1.69. Today it closed at $4.49. I'm planning on buying GM pretty soon.

Still looking for some cheap mines to invest in. I found NJMC who released reports of a new core that was drilled not too long ago. I wanted to invest in them, but I couldn't find a brokerage that would charge less than $39.95 per trade to invest.
