This is something I am interested in and have yet to be able to start on it for various reasons and because I don't like the place I'm in and want to move. Though this would be a a great candidate because it has a super clean title of only four owners.

While this is a good idea
and we should probably all do it, those of us with our own land, anyway, be careful, because David Koresh (Waco) had their land as allodial land, and there are some who believe that the attack was actually to put a stop to such stuff.

My understanding is that the difference between the incident at Waco, the paralyzed woman whose husband was murdered in their home along with their grandchild(?) because social workers (who were there checking on the child) saw a gas mask on the mantle and the Montana Freemen is that the Freemen had their land patent up and the others didn't. The Feds knew they couldn't murder the Freemen on their own property. That would be a trespass. In the other instances the corporation we refer to as the Federal Government controlled the property under color of title through the occupants use of the Social Security number when acquiring the property.
