Monument to Waterboarding

I was inspired to draw this political cartoon after reading Laurence Vance's article "Waterboard an A-rab for Jesus". http://lewrockwell.com/vance/vance170.html The thought came to me: Why not make monuments to the extol the deeds our country has done in the name of national security? Let's not haggle anymore whether water boarding and similar methods are torture, but instead, bring it proudly out in the open, so the citizens can glory in the noble deeds done in the name of their country. After all, the Romans had a great Empire, and they were not shy about leaving crosses with their victims in full view, right? Why should we be any different?
