GOOD NEWS!
BUT KEEP THE PRESSURE ON
KEEP CALLING - it's working!
(1) Rep. Guest just informed us that Sen. Shields agreed to release HB-361 (Anti-REAL ID Act) from Committee and will allow it to be voted on by the full Senate.
HOORAY! Your pressure worked on Sen. Shields.
ACTION ITEM - CONTINUE CALLING TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY ON HB-361
Now, we MUST call our own Senators asking them to vote, "YES", on HB-361 to support our freedoms. (Contact your MO senator)
HB-361 specifies that an applicant for a driver's license, non-driver's license, or instruction permit cannot have his/her privacy rights violated with obtaining or renewing a driver's license.
If this Bill is not passed by the full MO Senate, the Feds will mandate a government-issued ID.
(2) HCR-13 (Tenth Amendment - State Sovereignty) is still stuck in the Rules Committee.
Action Item - Continue Calling these Members of the Cmte on Tuesday and Wednesday
Ask them to please bring up HCR-13 for a "do pass" vote to get out of Cmte and into the full Senate for a vote before session closes on May 15.
Remember after all the MIAC and Homeland Security garbage labeling Ron Paul supporters, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr supporters as possible terrorist.
