Chocolate Ron Paul Liberty Dollars

I spoke with a company that can make custom chocolate coins in bulk for about 12 cents a piece so I'm about to place an order for Chocolate Ron Paul Liberty Dollars... I look forward to the feds raiding me too. lol

If you are interested in helping me pay to make and market the first batch of ~15000 please send me a message off the forum! these will make great holiday gifts this season and can raise a ton of cash.

Yeah, but how's it

Yeah, but how's it taste?
Organic Fair Trade Dark Chocolate?

These would be perfect for a Christmas Parade!

Any idea of how long the production time is?

If the turnaround is 3 months it won't be very beneficial.

The chocolate standard!

The chocolate standard! Backed by sweet deliciousness!

Freak'in Brilliant

I can put them in the family stockings at Christmas and pass them out to my buddies.

Brilliant, just brilliant

Brilliant, just brilliant idea.

the best part is...

When the feds come, you can eat the evidence...

Too damn funny!

That was the funniest thing I've heard since the someone, after the Iowa Straw Poll results, stated: "I want a f*****n re-count!" ......of course, funny in a sad way.

Too funny. I'll help eat 'em when they come; love chocolate. Are they organic? :)

Chocolate coins

I think it is a brilliant idea.

Having read the other posts, I agree it is true that some chocolate sourcing is not at all good. We have the privilege of buying fair trade, but I believe that more good will be done through a Ron Paul presidency than we can imagine and geting the word out is the most important thing to do right now. It can bring change to the world by inspiring people everywhere to work against tyranny.
We are either heading to (much) more slavery or to freedom. The moment is now and the opposition is beyond dangerous. I will sign up and hope you can ship across the border. Could this be considered subversive literature? I will look into sources here in Canada.

RonPaulChocolate.com

I just registered RonPaulChocolate.com though I'm not sure what to do with it yet.

link

The link did not work for me, but I typed in ronpaulchocolate.com. Use only the lower case and your website is accessible.

More power to you!

takes time

amirhirsch.com/ronpaulchocolate is up already... the ronpaulchocolate.com will take time to propagate... i figure I will sell boxes of 1000 chocolates at cost so that the grassroots can sell them to raise money.

Good idea :)

It actually is! :) I remember getting a couple of chocolate 'coins', wrapped in gold colored tinfoil from Austria, oh, a lifetime ago. Being a kid then, I remember thinking how awesome they are.. :) And if I could get my hands on a couple of those bearing likeness to Ron Paul, well, I'd cherish them for years to come :)

Chocolate!

This is a great idea. Too bad no one thought of this prior to Halloween... can you imagine giving out RP Choco-bucks to the kids in costumes? That would have been cool.

I'd like to participate, but I don't know how to message you off this forum. It won't be much, but $20-50 is still closer to getting about 15k pieces of chocolate...

PS. I can't talk about my support of Ron Paul on my radio show (FCC regs don't permit it), but we still talk liberty on Political Animals, every Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. on WBGUFM in Bowling Green, Ohio. Podcasts here: www.bgpoliticalanimals.com, and listen live here: www.wbgufm.com.

Can see it now...

If one person got sick....

Ron Paul terrorists infiltrate the food industry with poisoned chocolate effigies!

It is kinda a cool idea though, dunno if people take candy from stranges now-a-days or not.

edit: What about just plastic coins with a message on them, make the coins mock the dollar with some message like, this fake coin is worth more than the other coins in your pocket. Vote Ron Paul to fix the situation!

strangers with candy

so the "meth candy" scare emails got to you too? i got an email that said to beware of meth-filled candy 3 times on halloween... the email had a website and a number at DHS which both said the email was an alarmist hoax.

gotta love the power of fear though.

Never got that e-mail

Nah, i take my marching orders from my Mom not the e-mails :)

It's a pity they stole Bernard's dies

While they were stealing my $400 worth of his pieces of copper (and effectively silencing my inconvenient First Amendment rights regarding the debasement of the penny, which nobody-else complained about in 1982, but I was furious!). Otherwise they might be able to make the same exact shape/wording, assuming Bernard agreed. I still like the idea, if only to mock the criminals with badges who stole our political expression stuff. I'm already pestering some lawyers about being silenced, since the media's apparently not too interested in the First Amendment...

Video: 50% of chocolate grown by Slaves

Non-Fair Trade Chocolate is 50% Grown by Slaves, Mostly Children

This is a good idea, so long as the chocolate is Fair Trade, which it probably isn't.

A British documentary, Slavery. A Worldwide Investigation, showed this. They won't show this documentary in the USA or on Oprah.

There are more slaves now than in the past. 50% of all chocolate is grown by slaves (except for organic and fair-trade cocoa). Mostly children.

Stephanie, I really hate

Stephanie,

I really hate slavery, but I accept child labor. Why? Because as a child I always wanted to earn some money (my parents had lack of them, so they couldn't give me for my fancy). So as long as it is not with forced child labor or other slavery, I can accept it.

And BBC has long history of being pseudo-compassion, just to force other people to pay more taxes.
