Just click anywhere in the

Just click anywhere in the video picture while it's playing and it will take you to youtube where you can get the URL. For this video, the URL is: http://www.youtube.com/wa...

You can also click the 'menu' button in the bottom right corner which brings up the 'URL' button. Click that for the link. If you click the 'embed' link you'll be able to insert into MySpace, blogger, or whatever.
