Adam asked who we were looking to support for governor. I think most of us said Greg Zanetti. I think he is trying to build his campaign with other like minded candidates.

It boggles my mind to know how far Adam has been able to come in such a short time because he is one of us. No, he has not always identified himself as a "Libertarian," but has a long record of supporting Libertarian ideals. Just like me, Adam's great awakening occurred the day he discovered Ron Paul. All the pieces just seemed to fit, and the holes in my political ideology began to be filled. Adam has said that the quote he appreciated most from all our efforts last year was, "Ron Paul cured my APATHY." He is one of us and is boldly stepping out of his own comfort zone to run for Congress. And if he can do it, so can any one of us! It's easy to sit there and criticize, but you need to ask yourself how far are you willing to go to defend our liberties. Are you willing to stick your neck out as Adam Kokesh is doing now. Don't let it be said of us that we "crucify our own."

I know he supports liberty and that is good, but he is not the best face to put forth. My mother was watching the Rally with me when he spoke. Between his almost yelling and shaved head and beard she called him a skin head. Just because someone shares our ideals doesn't mean they should run for public office. This is what the big parties want: us to put up unelectable candidates. He will detract from the movement by turning off mainstream people. And I know everyone always gets mad when someone mentions going mainstream, but that's the only way to be elected and get anything done. Keep putting up radicals (or people who look radical) and we'll be kept on the fringe.

The site went live the other day. Watch his video intro there. He is a little less rough looking now. Since his time in Iraq, he's been an active member in The Iraq Veterans Against the War. They are a group of peace activists that stage events to protest the war, and many of them still look like soldiers, including Adam at that time.

And what evidence is there that any of this is true? The way he walks onto stage. The spinning Earth in the video I made. The look in his eyes. The way he speaks. The way he grooms himself.
With the exception of SSgT_AF, none of these commenters offered any evidence to support their claims. SSgt's evidence was Adam taking a public stand against Bob Barr, though he once supported Barr. The same thing Ron Paul did after Barr shot off at the mouth. How many of you think Ron Paul is an opportunist, or an infiltrator? Yes, there may be some infiltration going on here, but it's not Adam, and it's not the video I made. If anything, he will infiltrate Congress with a passion for Liberty!

Ron Paul is an individualist -- he teaches individualism -- he is spreading the work of individualism.
Individualism NEVER defers to authority -- EVER.
Ron Paul does not want to be an "authority" -- he "endorsed" Adam, but never saw Adam's anti-catholic artwork (creating an anti-abortion leaflet -- which I agree with that stance), however, on Adam's piece of work he put a completely un-related Swastika on the Pope (who is adamantly against abortion as well) face.

Also for the guy that supports Jesse Ventura ya he is ok but he has not what it takes, he will let you down when you need him most. I can say I for one am as excited to have Adam try this as any other and would be honored to have him serve in the congress even if it is not for my state.

And it's not just the DP. There is a very noticable pattern on all forums I visit. I don't need to describe it because it is right here on the DP. Unfortunately, I believe the only way to eliminate the division is to close down the comment sections. These scumbags destroy any meaningful conversation with divisive tatics. Scum have been working financial message boards for 12 years. They are rather easy to identify. Too bad, I used to really enjoy the information I got from DP, but I just assume leave it alone now. I suppose that is the goal.

I like how you refer to these "party poopers", these "turds in the punch bowl" as "antagonists" rather than "infiltrators." Who knows what their motivations are? Whether they're paid by Luján, the competiton, or just doing this on their own, the net result is the same: they are disrupting a serious campaign for Liberty. It is very antagonizing to me personally to have to baby sit a forum and answer all the non-sense, but if no one does it, then they will effectively turn away new comers just now discovering Kokesh, or the message of Liberty for the first time. It appears to me, Kokesh is running for congress because they have the best job of all, good pay, good healthcare and lots of vacations and perks, besides he gets to go to ;lots of parties and be THE GUY in hopes to get a TV show out of it because it's all great publicity? I don't know. He really doesn't say.
There was a young woman Glen Beck pulled out of the audience named Angel, who ROCKED. She was clear, concice, sweet, attractive, and SPOT ON from the heart. I knew whe KNEW what the hell (Adam or not) was going on... Adam is not telling us why he wants to run for congress except, he's the opposition, but he can't tell us how or why his being in congress is going to "save us" or represent us, when he can't communicate that without a camera pointed at him while he's being a more like Alex Jones than Ron Paul.
I protested the war before the war. Absolutely I take NO responsibilty. I've been supporting Nader since 1996 and joined the Ron Paul rEVOLUtion HOPING that a major party might doit.. I voted for Nader for the 4th time. So NO, I do not take any responsibilty, nor should any American because we never voted on this. We the people were cut out.
I took some time off today to study more about Adam, so I have done some homework and I'm not insulting Adam. I'm being honest. If you can't appreciate that... Good luck, cause you're gonna need allot.

I've often heard Ron Paul advocate what is usually called, disapprovingly, isolationism. But I think of his position as a long-overdue rejection of imperialistic U.S. hubris which is now dragging us to to economic destruction. And much of it has been engineered by, and pushed hard by, the neocons.
Obviously Adam wants our quick out from the quagmire he himself suffered over there. But only when he gets around to actually web-publishing proper formal stands that he's taking on the militarism issues, as any candidate does, can we see whether he passes the Ron Paul muster.

I have been googling Kokesh for two days... I have obligations today so I can not continue searching. I have provided a few links on Kokesh, showing you I'm doing my homework. Isn't the money bomb about support, and isn't support more than me, but me taking the tools Kokesh approves, like these YouTubes, and sending them out to build awareness and get more support?
I can take that Glenn Beck YouTube of Angel and get more support than anything I'm gettting from "Team Kokesh".
