It sounds like the only ones that got seized were those that tried to withdraw their winnings. So, if you win, don't cash out your money until the law becomes more favorable.

If you are not aware of this particular political battle, roughly 10 million Amercians just got thier accounts frozen by the Feds... and there is no Federal law against the practice, currently.

If I'm reading this right, they justified the siezure by a law that isn't even going into effect until December of this year.
