W/ the deficit the way it is, why are we doing these things?

Could we sell our National Parks so they could become private property? Do we have to offer tours of our National Parks, including have Park Rangers? Offer tours of any government building in Washington, having paid holidays for government employees, having benefits for government employees, having 4th of July celebrations! Lighting the Christmas Tree, having a housecleaning staff at the White House instead of devoted Democratic volunteers? Air-conditioning in government vehicles, the White House Easter Egg roll, the flamboyant entertaining of Diplomats, the list goes on, add your own. Who are we fooling to be so in debt & live this way. How is it possible that any American household is debt-free when we have a national debt?
