BEWARE: Of flaming bags with surprises inside.

For TWO days now, I have seen ( A CERTAIN POSTER) run up and put a flaming bag of poo on our front steps. ( "Time to take a stand against the Alex Jones wing" and " It's natural for Paul supporters to be opposed to 9/11 inside jobbers" )
Both times he has run away, and hid in the bushes, never to stick around and defend his position.
But someone opens the door, sees the flaming poo, and proceeds to stamp out the flames, getting poo, all over their shoes AND the front porch.
Then several others come along and see the mangled, smoking bag with poo smeared everywhere, and start to stomp on it as well, even though it is not an immediate fire danger.
Not only do they get the poo on THEIR shoes, but they smear it even further around the front porch. stinking up the place.
As you are standing one footed, cleaning the poo from the bottom of your shoes, grumbling and looking around the neighborhood for suspects, just remember, that there is probably some coward in the bushes laughing at you, and all the others that joined in the stomp fest.
Only a coward, and an obvious provocateur would do such a thing, and not stick around to defend these ridiculous things.
I could be wrong, and don't mean to offend, but this is what it looks like to me.
Just ask yourself, Is it REALLY going to catch the house on fire if I ignore it, and just let it burn itself out?
Is THIS what we look like?!?

ahahah

yeah. i sometimes wish we could drop threads, since not all of us have the constraint not to respond to such rubbish.

I share your thoughts Jefferson

it is hard to be happy accessing DP and seeing anti-freedom crap all over...
Thank you for posting this.

Thanks for the good laugh...

I thought maybe the flaming bags o' poo should be directed at government officials instead. My imagination runs away with me sometimes...I'll keep my daydream to myself for a change..

Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.

Yes, Amica. the "FP" as it were

should be put on their porch, Not ours.
Kind of like the 'screeching and flinging of feces" LibBerte referred to.

OK, Jefferson, the link worked that time...

However, we are talking about two different porches. And I never set my sack on fire.

You have a different sense of decorum than I, but I doubt I would have banned your post. That is because censorship is unbelievably damaging to the human soul.

Danorino

also posted a topic a few days back,(which I believe was the one about the "Alex Jones wing of the RP movement") attempting to link the RP movement to the "holocaust museum" shooting, which was WAAAAYYYYY over the line.
He wasn't "reporting that somebody else said it". No.
HE was saying it.
I think that thread is deleted now, and I couldn't find it or I would have linked to it.

I suggested in one of my posts to that thread, that Danorino should be banned for that action.
And I'll state again now, that I think Danorino should be banned immediately.

I personally think Danorino is an agent provocateur, either "amateur hobbyist" or "paid professional", and it doesn't much matter which.

It's one thing to be "tolerant", and it quite another to be a "doormat" for every shit kicker that wants to walk in here.

Read carefully people...

What you described might be the ONE time I would be really, really, really tempted to ban someone, or at least delete their post. A person who makes a charge about Von Brunn and the RP movement frankly should have the burden of proof on them. If that is what Danorino actually said, I also consider this incredibly damaging to the movement.

If Danorino wants to make controversial charges like this he should cite his sources. I've seen some of these "news" items and they lack substance.

Personally

I think if folks prove themselves as individuals who are INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO DIVIDE, they should be suspended posting privileges at the site.

This is a privately-owned site with a specific focus (supporting Dr. Paul and working to restore the Constitutional Republic), if folks come in simply trying to stir shit and are transparent in this methodology, they should not be allowed to torpedo the site.

Part of a free society is allowing groups to self govern, within this particular group there should be as much leeway as possible, encouraging broad opinion and diversity of thought, but if someone is blatantly focused on simply dividing (in order to help conquer) they should not be given the opportunity to do so endlessly.

No free association would ever survive without having some form of moderating capability.

Thanks Big T

I have always respected your opinions, and thoughts on matters.

The BS is getting pretty thick around here, and just in time with the nutball shooter thing, and all the media flap.

I have focused my efforts on trying to unite lately.

But you start a thread about the Fed hiring a massive PR firm, or one about the battle against the Fed has just begun, and they sink like a stone, every time.
IDK...
I DO know, that I agree with you 100%

:)

That was eloquently put.

I agree that those inflammatory posts are intended to divide.

Sometimes I respond to them, though, so others looking in don't perceive silence as support.

Those kind of posts can be very persuasive, just like the media planting similar seeds seem to take root with many.

While I did see the author of those threads make a couple appearances afterward, you are right that for the most part he disappeared after starting the fights.

Funny that your post has been deleted while those kinds of posts are permitted, even though they go against what Michael stated in his guidelines about disrespectful and divisive language.

If those posts don't qualify as disrespectful and divisive, then what does?

oh no..

It's OK man.

I have stomped it many a time too. You and I both have a passion for speaking up for the victims of 9/11. There is nothing wrong with that. I hope you get my point, without taking me out of context.

Ahhh my fellow poo stompers!

Someone's got to stand up and put the fire out, even if we know we will be picking poo out for the next couple of days.

Then need to give the DP a broom. A thumbs up or thumbs down function maybe.

On a side note, about a month ago I was walking to the gym with my roomate when we decided to cut across the grass. My shoes are running shoes and they have a very large indent on the soles. Needless to say, I stepped in some poop, and managed to pack every bit of that turd in that crevice. I scraped my shoe on the side walk, I swear, over 30 times and spent the next 3 days cleaning poo out of my shoe. It seemed as if it would never end.

Just thought I would share my poo story. :)

Be good patriots.

HAHAHA

What's up Shishio!!

Yeah, running shoes are the WORST to have to clean with a stick....lol

My point is we live in a brick house, with a concrete porch, and if left alone the flame will probably die out. All I am doing is asking for us to be vigilant against the obvious flaming bags, and let them burn out.
Could they be a distraction? Keeping us from uniting, and possibly suing Glenn Beck, or doing the leg work of supporting HR1207,and its companion?
Thank you for sharing your "poo" story. It is not often we get to say it so many times in a sentence. 8)
