song! I just shared it with almost everyone I know. I know it will likely make some closed minded sheeple mad or who knows maybe it will touch them. Great song writing and perfomance.
The ones it will make mad are hopeless anyway. Not like I haven't tried to educate them for a long time anyway. Sometimes music reaches people when nothing else can. This song really has a way of putting it in a non confrontational way and with a sincere simplicity that is touching and yet subtley informative.

To break the mainstream (if that's not your intention, ignore this post,) I would recommend being a little more metaphorical and less literal with your lyrics next time. People need a spoon full of sugar to help the medicine go down. I try to give the same advice to my Christian Rock friends, pointing out that U2 has probably brought more people to Christ than Switchfoot. Dylan was successful because his political songs left room for interpretation. When one is too direct, he risks preaching to the choir, rendering his intentions ineffective. That's just my professional opinion. I make music for a living. This guy has a great voice and definitely knows his way around a song.

10,000 views or bust. Pass this video around lets see if we can get more than 10,000 views. Just because a person doesn't sign with a major record label and isn't on MTV doesn't mean they don't have talent and shouldn't be heard.
