As of 4pm ET, Congressman Adam Smith (WA-CD9) still is undecided and is "hearing from constituents." This means he has no position and is tallying the calls "for" vs. the calls "against."

Boehner is going over the 300 page manager's amendment the he
says was dropped the hopper at 3:09 am. He's been speaking over 20 minutes now. Waxman tried to stop him, but it didn't work.
There must be something in those three hundred pages Waxman doesn't want come out.

in Indiana only one admitted he was for the bill, that rep. is Andre Carson 202-225-4011, told him that I was not from his district but if he signed it that I will be at the next Tea Party in his district with a sign pointing out his support for this bill and I also invited him to attend to explain himself.

This PROVES how bogus of an act this bill is. The speaker had no idea where the 300 additional amendment could be found, and the Democrats would not recess, because they knew they would have trouble finding it. How disorganized. We cannot let this bill pass!
