Looking for an interview made by john stossel

Hey :)

I'm looking for a video I saw on youtube a couple of months ago.
It is an interview made by John Stossel, but I don't remember the name of the interviewee...
I think it was a US Congressman.

The interviewee told him that rich nations needed deficit and that it actually helps make the nation richer...
Stossel argued, something like "why not borrow endlessly then and have more deficit ?"

The interviewee gets irritated and clearly becomes rude towards Stoffel...

You guys see what video I am talking about ?
I can't find it in youtube :/
