Montana was one of the biggest opponents of the Real ID Act.
This new bill eliminates the part where people are required to have the real Id to fly. But the Pass Act appears to include biometrics like face scanning.
It appears the Pass Act is designed to appease people all the while including some pretty intrusive BS.
