I'v called and emailed to thank Mr. Demint. and Told Mr. Nelson how much he's dissappointed me is pulling a scam rule 16 on Mr. Demint's amendment #1367 to S604. I told him that maybe Now! People will realize that HE! does not want and open and Transparent Government. What does he have to hide? I hope all here on DP will do the same.

Why, Senator, did you object to Senator DeMitt's request for a vote on a GAO audit of the Federal Reserve? I can't say that I am surprised. A few years ago I called you to support NESARA and I received a call back from one of your aides. He said that you felt that if NESARA was passed it would create panic on the world markets. To hell with the world markets!!! I am a sovereign citizen of this state and the only thing that concerns me is indeed the sovereignty, security, and the welfare of the the 300 million people who reside in this nation. Maybe what your aide meant was that if it did pass, it would anger the bankers. Do you know, Senator, that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 never passed a congressional vote? In fact it was never even voted upon!!! The FED is merely a device created by bankers like the Rothchilds, the Rockefellers and the other Illuminatists in order to control the money supply in this nation and it doesn't take an Edison to see that they have succeeded. Along the way they have been able to buy off captains of industries, media moguls, and politicians like yourself who will do what is necessary to appease them just to make your current occupation a lifetime event. You and your Democratic colleagues also talk out of both sides of your mouths. You have no problem of passing laws that violate certain rules of the game, as Senator DeMitt documented very well, but when it applies to an audit of the FED, you choose to preserve your "cash" cow. Remember, Senator, election time is closer than you think. Unless the FED buys you another term you're screwed. They don't vote; the people of Nebraska do. You disappoint me, Senator. I thought that an individual from my hometown would have the spine to tell the bankers of the world where to go to hell. I guess not. I contacted Jim DeMint and thanked him for his patriotism.

I contacted Nelson and blasted him for his appalling behavior on the Senate floor. He needs to be voted out of office, along with EVERY LAST SENATOR and REP who does not support auditing the Fed. The only reason they would oppose it is because they are NOT on the side of the people.

We the people have had enough of these bailouts, stimulus, and robbery. It's time to take our government out of the hands of the criminals.

Senator Nelson,

A little while ago, the Senate voted to pass HR 2918, the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act. This $3.1 billion bill contains, among many other things, provisions for GAO audits on certain agencies. With this in mind, Senator DeMint attached the full text of S 604, the Senate version of Ron Paul's Audit the Fed bill, to HR 2918 as Senate Amendment 1367 before it was considered for final passage.

However, some Senate Democrats including you refused to even allow a vote on the amendment! Instead of giving it a chance to stand before the Senate, you helped swept it under the rug with a parliamentary tactic. After Senator DeMint brought Audit the Fed to the floor, you, Mr. Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska, raised a "point of order" to prevent a vote, claiming that the amendment violated Senate Rule 16 by "legislating" on an appropriations bill. The Senate president agreed, and the amendment was shot down. Senator DeMint did not back down, though, and directly challenged Senate leadership by pointing out the other GAO audits contained in the bill. As Senator DeMint listed them off, the Senate president was forced to agree with Senator DeMint that each one he described, all of which would be left in for final passage, also violated Senate Rule 16. So the issue wasn't about "legislating" on the bill or violating the Senate Rules (which is commonly done), it was about preventing a thorough audit of the Federal Reserve for the first time in its history! Some Senate leadership is hoping this issue will just fade away.

But the American people deserve answers on what the Fed has done with trillions of our tax dollars and what they are committing us and future generations to as part of their secret deals with foreign central banks and governments. The leadership could have taken a crucial, historic step toward achieving such accountability today, but they turned their backs on transparency. This fight, though, is just beginning. As Senator DeMint noted from the floor, the Audit the Fed bill has wide bipartisan support, and he rightly warned the Senate even if you delay today, you WILL have to deal with the issue on the floor.

Senator Nelson, It is up to you and me to back up Senator DeMint's words by making sure the momentum continues to build and the bill comes up for a final vote. The rejection of the Audit amendment is just the first battle in this war. Please do not stand in the way of the accountability train, and support S 604.
