Why do the Earth and Moon square the circle?

Go on their public forums and perform a search with keywords for that question. I suspect you will find something.

In short though,

14th amendment essentially created a slave class. From which all persons where slaves to corp US because they were taking benefits from the entity. The propaganda convinced the population that the slaves where free when in reality the only thing the civil war did was make everyone slaves.

Also notice, right after that was the amendment for voting rights. Note the difference between an Elector and a Registered Voter. One is voting in a corporation while the other is Electing representatives. Everyone has the right to vote in the corporation but not everyone is an elector in the original jurisdiction government.

This is because voters have no vested interest in the state if they do not own land. Whats to stop a population from moving into an area and voting to seseed that territory to their original home country. An elector is someone with title to land within that territory having a vested interest on the happening of the politic. Original the President was elected from the Senate, people did not vote on the president.

I like it that way. The President should not be important to the people, he is supposed to handle affairs outside the continental united states and nothing domestic. The governor should be changed to President so the population can see that both positions are more equal than anything, actually, the Governor is higher than the president in his given territory.

to depopulate (especially the aging Baby Boomers and beyond). Would it make more sense to kill them off via a vaccine or virus?

Yes.

For several reasons;

1. The population pays for it with their own tax dollars.
2. The line up voluntarily to take the poison.

2b They are ignorant enough to think its good for them hence why they line up.
3. Profits for the corporations, who control Corp US.
4. Removing resources from the people to pay for vaccines, cleanups, and all the retardation that will occur from such vaccines which creates a lower standard of living and quality of life, leading to a very beat down and compliant population.
5. Soft kill makes it hard to point fingers. A gun kills instantly, making it easy to point out the culprit. Vaccines don't usually, make it harder to think of what killed the person.

What is your argument

What is your argument against those who support universal health care and then pull the "What about the homeless? Some of them can't help themselves." card?

This is a vicious cycle.

Many of the homeless and those without healthcare are victims of a Fiat currency and corporatism greed for profits.

If we regained our currency you would see a much better economy which will reduce the homeless and zero healthcare figures.

Anyone left over should be taken care of by the government, but only through funds voluntary given from the public. We must take care of our selves before we take care of others. This is the only way. Once we are well off we will donate to others well being because we are spiritual creators who will rather give than to take.

The only problem is that because our currency, mortgages, poor diet (which influences behavior), cost of living, and many other factors are taking us from the spiritual beings that we are and turning us into animals in an eat or get eaten' world.

Case and point, who gave the most money to the tsunami victims? The American people, not the government, but the actual people through voluntary donations.

Any piece of solid matter that approaches the speed of light will swell up to enormous sizes as it becomes pure energy. You and your car could not exist at the speed of light or nearing it.

You could be moving that fast right now relative to another object in the universe and not even know it. Fortunately or unfortunately, there are no objective points of reference. General relativity you know...

From my memory of the subject matter as you approach closer and closer toward the speed of light the amount of energy required to propel you a tiny bit faster becomes immense, plus matter expands. Unless the acceleration was extremely gradual (consuming even more energy) the human body was not designed to survive the G-forces applicable at such speeds.

Remove your own perspective from the equation

It's true that for an object to accelerate to nearly the speed of light relative to another object can take an enormous amount of energy. For example, if you were to try to make an automobile go 99% of the speed of light relative to the surface of the earth, the energy required would be prohibitive. But again speed is always measured relative to something else. What you choose to be the "something else" is arbitrary because all perspectives are equally valid. We could all be traveling at the nearly the speed of light relative to some distant object in the universe and not even know it. Matter doesn't expand due to relative speed. It becomes dilated from the perspective of the other object. If you were in a magically bump-free train car with the windows blacked out traveling at a constant 99% of the speed of light relative to the earth, there is NO experiment you could perform from within the car to determine it's relative speed to the ground. None. From the perspective of the people on the ground the train would appear massively elongated but from inside you would be incapable of determining the relative speed and everything would seem normal. If the windows on the train were transparent, the people on the ground would appear in "fast forward" to the occupants of the car. From the perspective of the people on the ground, the people in the car would appear in "slow motion". Both perspectives are correct and equally valid. Have you ever been on a train when a neighboring train begins to move and you feel weird because you don't know if it's the car you're in which is moving or if it's the other train? This is a tiny effect which gets hugely magnified as relative speeds increase.

How big is a thought since it 'travels' instantaneously to where

I have read the quotes from many, including Jefferson (The tree of liberty must be refreshed with the blood of patriots and tyrants) and what the declaration of independence says

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness"

How did the founders envision this taking place? Another revolutionary war or is there more to this mention that I have not read. Is there a legal procedure ever mentioned on when/how this could be invoked?

Just have always been curious about this.

A constitution or declaration, once created, cannot be destroyed. It, however, can be improved upon by taking the original and modifying it then creating a new document in which all others may give allegiance too. However, the original lies dormant if all those before it do not lend that document life.

Ironically, every single constitution, is its own separate form of government. It is the people who give that document life by following the instructions willingly.

If I wanted to I could create my own constitution and form of government. I would set the laws and the offices as well as the complete form of government, x branches.

It's then up to you on if you would like to lend your physical body to give that Trust life.

Also to note: The "constitution" was actually a lie. Meaning that it was originally called "the declaration" but educational institutions before the civil war used constitution and declaration interchangeably, all for very good reason. A declaration cannot be changed, a constitution can.

What the founders really visioned was a Country in which everyone knew the Law and how to Apply it. If that was the case the world would have been at peace a long time ago and we would have had a one world government of voluntary participation with no one clear world power.

From what I see the only way the People will be able to retake America is through the Law. If we all knew the Law there is no way that these elected gangsters would be able to pull all this smoke and mirrors around us.

Beware, the people are waking up to the law. Its only a matter of time before these ideas go viral worldwide. Then we will see the true impact of the founding father on the whole world.

You must unlearn the way you learn.

The problem is that, with Public Education, we have learned to memorize instead of using critical thinking to come to conclusions.

Most of what we learn, especially our language, is hearsay. People use words that they themselves do not understand, this isn't neccessarily a problem in the real world as long as individuals can convey ideas. The problem lies in the way each of our brains are programmed by Public Education where we sacifice the prospects of critical thinking for those of mindless memorization.

In order to understand the random facts about the history of our country you must begin to think critically and independently in order to focus your mental capacity on something productive as opposed to repetitive false facts fed to you by our indoctrinating school system.

Here are the facts how I see it, regardless of what any "Law" says;

a. We were 13 colonies of the British Empire owned by the King of England.

b. Representatives from each of the 13 colonies declared independence from the King of England.

c. England recognizes that the Colonies are in a state of Rebellion according to international Law.

d. The Revolutionary war (herein known as the War for Independence, W.I.) ensued between the King of England and here former servants.

e. England was having a hard time being at War with France and The Netherlands at the same time and decided to forfeit its prior Colonies.

f. Now the Continent of America no longer had Colonies allied to the King (who had servants). The rebellious American servants no longer had a King, and without one the People of America where in-fact Kings (Sovereigns) without servants. All men where now equal in the "New World".

g. The first system created after the colonies was that of land ownership. Which devised a system to keep the land in the hands of the Sovereign People.

h. State Constitutions were penned shortly thereafter, establishing the People(Sovereign) as superior to the States.

i. Those States, deriving their powers from the Consent of the Governed (the People.) then created the Articles of Confederation, our first form of inter-state Government in the American Territory.

Recap:

People created land ownership system (land patents), then created States that where subject to the land ownership system. Those States then created the Articles of Confederation. Remember, in Law the created can never become greater than the created. The People will always be superior to the Land Patent system, the States THEY created, and the inter-State governments they created such as the Articles of Confederation and Later the Constitution for the united States of America.

My proof is logic. Logic tells me that if the People fought for their freedom from their Sovereign Tyrant and won; Now they are their own Sovereigns a.k.a. The People. This goes back to the unanimous Declaration of the united Thirteen States of America which itself is still a living document.

The W.I. was instrumental in securing our Lives, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness. I'm sure you will generate more questions based on this post.

Right now my poor, unsophisticated answer to each is "Didn't happen": that is, my answer is that the history at Way of Kings has glaring errors about dates and sequences that disagree with the documents themselves and that have no separate evidence. The wholly different information you provided in the above post is, by contrast, very interesting and may or may not be true, and may be a start toward sovereignty, but does not help me understand why one is to trust Way of Kings rather than any other system. Our conversations with Bill Thornton at 1215 have also disappointed, but that was due to lack of willingness to answer questions, which is not the case here. As near as I can tell Bill's victory is that he once got a judge to promise him a dollar. For now we concentrate our networking resources on contacts that can back up all their claims with sources without blinking, such as Pete Hendrickson; the difference is quite striking. Sadly, at the moment, I do not have the ability in my time frame to search for the intricate details to answer those questions.

Because all throughout history, and even still today, men have changed the history books to reflect a "perceived history". Perhaps in the future I will spend the time to look into those questions in detail; however, I see no reason why you cannot look into those questions yourself.

I have a question about trusts

If i was to form a trust that would own all of my assets and then establish myself as the trustee, and lend my conciousness and physical being to said trust. Would i be able to donate some of the trusts assets to an organization of my choice, but have it treated as if i was not the one who made the donation? ;)
