Broadcasting and internet personality Adam Curry recently issued his endorsement of Ron Paul for president. Adam is best known from his time as an MTV video jockey in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He also is a pioneer of podcasting, and currently hosts both The Daily Source Code podcast, as well as his show on Sirius Satellite Radio, Adam Curry's PodShow.

Happy 2008 to All!

Happy New Year to All! Thank you Grassroots for an excellent 2007! We've come so much further, and done so much more for Ron Paul and the cause of liberty than anyone ever dreamed or expected we could. Give yourselves a pat on the back and keep up the excellent work in 2008. Let's get Ron Paul in the White House, restore the Republic, and feel proud to be an American once again.

There's Something Going On In Michigan

I don't know exactly what's going on here. The only change I have made with myself in the last few days is the addition of a Ron Paul pin on my jacket, but since then it seems that everyone I meet hasn't just heard of him but is voting for him.

Debate Criteria - ABC and FOX

According to this DiStaso article from the Union Leader, ABC is also considering cutting off candidates who don't meet at least one of these criteria:

- Place in the top four in the Iowa caucuses, which will be held on Thursday.

- Poll 5 percent or higher in one of the last four reputable random sample New Hampshire telephone surveys sponsored by an established news organization and conducted and released by 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 4. (Ron is polling 9% here)

Slate follows the Ron Paul Blimp

Great video but the article, not so much.

My 70 Year Old Husband Who Has Never Voted Wants Me To Post This:

My husband is nearly 70 years old and has never registered to vote (until now - he just sent in his paperwork for voting registration). These are his words (with spelling & grammar corrected):

Press Release from NH GOP

Here is what you have all asked for as proof that the NH GOP is on our side. You are the first to see this.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Date: December 31, 2007
From: Fergus Cullen, Chairman, New Hampshire Republican Party

NH REPUBLICANS: DON’T LIMIT DEBATE PARTICIPANTS

CONCORD – New Hampshire Republican Party Chairman Fergus Cullen releases the following statement regarding primary weekend debates:

NH Asks

Many of you asked about why this hasn't been more prominent and here is an update on it.

A non-profit group “NH Asks” put out many questions for the candidates from NH citizens – see http://www.nhasks.org/. At this point in time, Ron Paul is the only Republican who answered, and of course his answers were great!

NH Vote Counts: Volunteers Needed

Many of you were concerned about who was going to watch the ballot box on January 8th in NH. Once again, I am relaying a message that comes from the campaign, through Jim Forsythe the person who gave the veterans speech at the Tea Party.

TRAINING VIDEOS from campaign on how to Caucus/Primary

https://www.ronpaul2008.com/volunteer/content/grassroots-vol...

Very informative. Everyone should watch these official campaign training videos on how the caucus/primary process works (if you have not already).

This should be bumped to the top until Ron Paul is sitting in the White House.

Don't forget the key to this success. TURNOUT, TURNOUT, TURNOUT. We must produce significant TURNOUT (ourselves, friends, family, and complete strangers).

Ron Beats Rudy? Editorial in this Weekend's Wall Street Journal

I'm traveling today and picked up the weekend edition of the Wall Street Journal. To my pleasant surprise, the editorial on page A10 is titled Ron Beats Rudy? It is the exact same editorial by Andrew Cline that Jane posted the other day from the NH Union Leader. What is so surprising is that there is abosultely nothing negative, at least that I can see. Go out and pick up the Weekend Wall Street Journal and show this editorial to anyone you know that is still on the fence!

For several hours on Sunday, more than a dozen Ron Paul volunteers stood in snow drifts in the rain outside the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester waving at last-minute Christmas shoppers and handing out hundreds of yards signs.
